I drink pre workout everyday, I’ve tried loads of them but only like the orange or mango type flavours which are difficult to get. So I gave this one a try and it’s excellent, best value, mixed with fizzy water tastes great not like chemicals and a whole scoop gives strong itchy tingling. I’ve got high tolerance now and the other brands don’t cause that anymore, I’ll be sticking with this from now on, in tropical flavour, much better and cheaper than the 2 main big brands.

I bought this pre-workout for my husband, and it’s now something he uses every day before training. He’s tried quite a few of the different flavours in the ABE range and has enjoyed mixing it up, but this one is definitely one he’d buy again. He says it gives him a noticeable boost in energy and helps him stay focused throughout his workout without leaving him feeling jittery. One of the biggest positives is that he doesn’t experience the crash afterwards that he has with some other pre-workouts. It mixes well, tastes great, and does exactly what he wants it to. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable pre-workout that delivers consistent energy.

Weakest flavour of the lot. Still great product.

PROS: - Good as always (Applied Nutrition are absolute elites) - The variety of flavours are crazy good - The niacin flush/tingles, beta alanine makes me feel on top of the world and isn't too overwhelming - Tub size is perfect and the graphics on the tub are professional looking and straight to the point - for £20 it performs like it's a £50 - £60 pre workout (Higher price doesn't always mean better though) CONS (My experience with an open mind): - Somedays i feel the effect of the pre workout and somedays i can't (full scoop too) but i will still get the tingles which is why i still rate it 5 stars because the tingles make me ready for more workouts :D - Somedays the tingles do get a little too much and makes me nervous but it's not harmful (unless you are stupid enough to have over 2 scoops) but i've learnt that some of the ingredients in this pre can actually help lower cholesterol too :) It's a good pre in fact, one of the best and the amazing price! !!WARNING/ADVICE FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD REALLY BAD NEGATIVE SYMPTOMS USING PRE!! I have seen some reviews about this pre and the cheaper one from Applied Nutrition that they claim to have had some shocks, bad anxiety attacks and crazy red face symptoms whilst taking pre workouts, my advice to you is even though you think you can handle it, getting shock symptoms/ huge anxiety attack is completely concerning and your safety is paramount! It is your responsibility to know what you are putting into your body and PLEASE re read the ingredients over again until you know what can trigger the problem <3 Pre workout and overconfidence do not mix! Take care!!

So wish I bought this sooner tried loads of pre workouts this is by far the most effective very strong don’t have to do a full scoop only half when on empty stomach, tropical one tastes so good try it for yourself!!!!

I bought a different product before which was O.K. but had big gloomy lumps of powder after adding water, so Ive changed to this. Very happy, gives me plenty of of energy for work as my work genuinely is a work out 5/6 days a week, highly recommend this, I got the tropical one, tastes great and a bit cheaper than the other flavours.
