No carb bread that tastes awesome
When I first started keto the biggest change to the lifestyle was convenience food was hard to find. In order to maintain the limited sugar restrictions and reach your fat intake you find yourself cooking and prepping meals ahead of time. So what do you do when life happens and the dreams of a fully prepped food week sails out the window? You fall back on convenience food which either costs the earth or is full of ingredients you should not be eating. Enter thin slim for the win! The taste and texture of regular bread without all of the carbs!! A godsend!

Taste is great
These are not bad at all. I don’t like the keto nut based breads, so this was a welcome change when you want a bun. They are dense, felt very full after. I will buy them again, and trying the bagels next.

Not for me
Those burger buns are definitely not for me.. they have no flavor and literally feels like you are eating plastic.. I couldn’t cut my burger bun in half and as I took a bite, I couldn’t chew it..

Nope...not again.
These are OK if you want a quick sandwich. They are thin and require cutting them to make a burger bun or sandwich bun. They have a thick chewy texture and not very flavorful. If you toast them or bake them the outer crust becomes like a thin piece of paper which you can most definitely distinguish when you eat them. Yes, I realize they are KETO but I have to say I have other KETO buns and these do not even compare to my others. Sorry but I cannot recommend these.

Chewy, unsliced, but good and very filling
These are not pre-sliced, and have a texture a little like a bagel. They are very thick and filling. Steaming them can make them a bit softer.Use a bread knife and be careful when cutting.I do not eat a lot of hamburgers, partly due to the no bun lifestyle, and so the remainder of these I sliced into 3-4 slices and used for sandwiches or toast.I think I will be using the ThimSlim bread in future if I feel like a burger. but I may buy more because slicing them up makes them last.If you are used to just eating meat, you will be very sated by these buns. They do not have much intrinsic flavor...you may want to add butter and garlic or whatever.

They're okay, but just okay
I've been searching for low-carb hamburger buns forever, and was hopeful these would satisfy my cravings for a REAL burger; not a lettuce-wrap, which to me is a poor substitute for a real burger experience. However I found these buns lacking in flavor and texture; they are definitely not a delicious wheat or sourdough bun you'd choose if you weren't worried about consuming all those carbs. Also, they are on the small side, probably so they could shout "zero net carbs!" on the package. The best you can do is toast them so you at least get some texture; they are much better toasted. I do applaud this company for their attempts at creating low-carb burger buns, for having a generous shipping fee offer, and I look forward to an improved product in the future.

Essential for many keto dieters
Sola breads are the Thin Slim Foods bread's competitor at my local Food City. You can't seem to find either keto breads at the grocery store right now during the pandemic. Shelf life is longer for keto bread than it is for regular bread. People who aren't doing the keto diet with no essential need for the bread are greedily stocking it up like toilet paper instead of only buying regular bread that they're actually going to eat this month. Keto bread to me is more than just a backup bread to eat that's gonna sit in my pantry for like a year while I keep buying regular bread. People panicking is ridiculous. America has the best supply chain of food in the world. It could probably become the zombie apocalypse and we'd still have food. Many of us don't realize how privileged we are. This creates an issue where I'm forced to purchase the bread online and the shipping is outrageous at $13.99 for 4 loaves of bread. Sola is cheaper at the regular grocery store. Thin Slim Foods bread also isn't as good as the Sola in flavor or texture. It's not made as fancy. It's not precut or anything like that but it makes it easier to hit my macros than the Sola breads with it being pure protein/fiber/0 carbs. I can actually eat a 0 carb easy cold lunch at work because of Thin Slim Foods 0 carb bread. I'm overall thrilled with this product for the nutritional aspect. The fiber is essential for my keto diet because I don't digest the fibrous veggies so easily. Before I started buying Thin Slim Foods bread I wasn't going to the bathroom at all. I didn't have a bowel movement for like a month because an abundance of veggies are so tough to digest at first when you're raised on unhealthy foods. The keto bread really helps. Easily digested. I go everyday now. It makes my diet healthier, more sustainable and I also can't make 0 carb bread this good at home. This bread is essential for me so it's awesome I could find it online. My online shopping experience was fine except for paying $13.99 to have 4 bags of bread shipped without having any other choice given at checkout despite being an Amazon Prime member. Shipping is supposed to be free to members.
