Review: Great book but not really pocket sized! - I have the larger book and this โpocketโ version. Great book full of the same info as the big book but I wouldnโt really say it is pocket sized as it is just a little smaller than A5 and doesnโt fit in my pockets but is easier to take with me than the bigger book!!! Review: Trigger Points for lay people - The book is well written and easy to understand for those without a medical background. It has made understanding muscles and pain much easier. The location of trigger points is made very clear and easy to locate problem ares. It has also made talking to therapist much more concise because you are able to speak their jargon to explain where your pain is and locate the area yourself. It has made self massage so much more beneficial. I am able to locate my pain area and name it as well! Great book! I wish I had had it before treatment. We could have much faster progress in therapy by being on same page with therapist. If you want to know the source of your pain and be able to have a cogent conversation with your doctor and or therapist this is the book!
