Calligraphy Kit: A complete kit for beginners

Very well packaged, great quality. Includes three different sized nibs, 12 ink cartridges that fit into a hollow pen and a regular pen with a calligraphy felt tip. nibs, instruction book, several practice sheets. It's very well put together.

Nice easy to understand directions. Ink flows nicely from the nibs, very professional product. Easy to open and store in box it arrived in. Bought a second for a gift and that is loved as well.

This set looked so promising until I opened up with blister pack containing the ink cartridges and found one had leaked. I was willing to accept that, however, the other cartridges I tried were dried out. I wanted this to work out because the instruction book was wonderfully layed out. Sadly, I ended up returning it.

I ordered these for the second time because I loved my first set so much. They are perfect for a beginner like me. The set includes a wedge tip marker for beginner, a calligraphy pen with several interchangeable nibs and different ink colors. Also included was a beginner instructional manual as well as practice paper for practice sessions. This is everything a beginner needs to learn to do basic calligraphy! Nice! Arrived quickly and very well packaged!

These pens would be best used by adult beginners. I got this for my 10 year old granddaughter, she is creative and writes very well. It was the fact that the pens were hard to use. I feel that these pens are best used by adults, it was very hard to practice with these.

This set is a good beginners set. Has instructions to help guide you along the way. It would have been nice if they would have added a plastic template to draw straight lines to use when doing calligraphy on unlined paper.

This item came very quickly and packaged very well. This book is amazing, I bought it for my daughter who is very artistic. She picked it up very quickly and loves it. She told me she loves it so much she has already told many of her friends about it and sent the link to it so they could also buy it.

Bought this to give it a try again after having a class in middle school 40 yrs ago. This pen set is terrible. The first time I inserted a green cartridge, I followed the directions and shook and wrote, and shook and wrote, and shook (well you get the idea) for 20 min and the ink sprayed all over my craft table, but never came out of the nib for a complete pen stroke. So frustrating. I changed to a smaller nib and finally got the ink to flow, and each stroke it pools at the curve of the letter. So there are blotches on every letter. Granted, it's been years, but I am guessing I'm smart enough to know if it's me or the pen/ink. I am now online hunting for a better pen/ink set.
