Easy to install, looks nice on the wall and no more noise. Perfect and quick when dimming.A nice piece of hardware.

The first image is the wall socket where I had decided to install this product (I have a Part P electrical qualification so I have undertaken a lot of electrical work in the UK)Second image is a standard dry line wall socket (back-box) - no problem installing into one of theseThird image is the metal back-box that is installed in older buildings (non dry lined) and is what is installed in the first image.Images 2 & 3 shows the size of the aperture at it's smallest pointImage 6 shows the (height) measurement of the 2 dimmer units installed in the black facia plate (as would be installed) - the width of the units is not an issue hereBasically the problem can be that the dimmer modules (white rectangles) are too tall for the older metal (image 3) back-boxes.Reason: The older metal back boxes have screw lugs at both sides and top and bottom (see image 3) whilst a dry line box (image 2) only has them to the sides.What this means: As the white dimmer modules are taller than wider (when combined) they foul the upper and lower screw hole lugs, so the unit cannot be installed.What can be done about this: The metal lugs (upper & lower) can either be bent out of the way (not ideal as is tricky to do and you may damage surrounding plaster) or they can be removed (better). Once done the unit will just fit.Note re first image: Some fettling may be required to clear excess plaster around the back box so the inner modules fit correctly.Other than that the double dimmer worked fine on LED/Incandescents/Halogens bulbsHope that helps

The media could not be loaded. I cannot say too many things about the procedure of installing this product since I have requested a professional electrician to do it. I do enjoy the functionality of it because it allows me to simply regulate the right and it also has two knobs for each light. Not only does it have a very fashionable appearance but he is also bult from quality materials. The knobs are simple to push when I want to turn the light on or off and I can adjust the level of brightness by rotating it to the left or right. Since I'm using this product performs as expected and I hope it's going to stay like this.

I like the fact that I can control the intensity of the light and also switch it on and off using this product and in the first place what really got my attention is the design of it which is suitable for the room that I have.I wanted to try one to see how it is and so far everything is in order with it, and most likely I will get more for the other rooms.I cannot say to many things about the installation process because I have asked an electrician to do it but since it is on the wall I have switched on and off the light for numerous times and also adjusted intensity of it and this switch did the job so for this reason I am happy with the product.

The switch arrives well-packaged with all of the required parts. The slim cover plate is well-finished in matt black and looks smart with minimal machining errors. You do have to assemble the switches onto it though.The dimmers are of the trailing edge variety and should be suitable for most dimmable LED lamps, but check before purchase as they may not dim correctly. I did not notice any humming in my application, but this will depend upon load and lamp type. Again, check before purchase.The only real issue with the slim design of the face plate is that you require a deep back box for the switches to fit. Depending upon the age of your property, you may have 16mm depth boxes that require changing to at least 25mm. You could also use a suitable spacer, but this will mean that the switch is no longer sitting fairly flush with the wall.Overall, these are good-quality switches but may need some alterations to allow them to fit.

The media could not be loaded. I love this dimmer switch, it's minimalist but of high quality and the black with silver trim looks really classy and I feel it'll stand the test of time. The face plate fits perfectly onto our previous backing box and has a nice flush to the wall look about it.Price point isn't the worst and overall happy with the goods at the purchase price.
