LVAD driveline anchor
I have been using this device as an anchor for the Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) electric driveline on my abdomen for over a year. It is lighter and has a lower profile than the anchors used in the Hospital or are provided in the standard LVAD dressing change trays, therefore much more comfortable. Also, there is absolutely no itching or sticky residue caused by the adhesive. The Velcro is easier and more convenient than the fastener I have found on other products.

IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE A CATHETER THESE REALLY HELP
Im glad i found these after a urinary/prostate procedure I had, they keep the catheter tube secure on the inner part of my leg, especially when showering and sleeping, I would switch lets every day so one side wont get fatigued from wearing this butterfly tape to secure the catheter. I did not know how I was going to secure the cath tube at night, so these really came in handy. I have never had to have a catheter before so I did not know what was in store for me and my comfort. I highly recommend these if you are having to use a cath.

Good and Simple
I have been a quadriplegic for 31 years but recently had a supra pubic catheter put in. I was discharged from the procedure with a Statlock cath secure device on my leg. I used these for a couple of months and although probably the best secure device, they are over $5 apiece and kind of institutional looking. I found these cath secures for a lot less. They don't bother my skin and stay on reasonably well. I get a week out of each one but I only shower on the weekends and do beth baths during the week. These secures do not hold up well in the shower. If you shower every day and want to get more than a day out out of them, I would cover it with plastice or avoid getting it extremely wet.

Simple and comfortable, but not durable
These should be great, because there’s no hard plastic that can catch on clothing or dig into skin, the Velcro can accommodate any sized tubing, and the flat profile hides the product under clothing. Because the backing adhesive is of poor quality, however, you can’t count on this product working for more than a day or two. No wonder they sell it in value packs. If you don’t mind using a new holder almost every day, then this is an awesome product. It is gentle on skin and disappears under almost all clothing, which is a huge plus for me. I wear a lot of fitted pants/pencil skirts with spanx to work, and traditional holders made a lump no matter where I placed them. I like this product for its versatility; I just need a stronger adhesive glue. It defeats its purpose if I have to add additional tape to secure the securing device in place.

Thin and comfortable
Product is thin and comfortable for use for my Dad's PEG tube. Not sturdy enough to use for his Foley catheter

Not very stabilizing or adhesive.
Used to stabilize my suprapubic catheter. This product falls off after a few days and is not very stabilizing because of the Velcro. The stat lock with the plastic stabilizer work much better for me.

Was a great produce, but now not so much. Long time user and very disappointed.
I have used this product for about 7 years. I have never had a problem with them. They held great, stayed in place, and never ripped. I left a 5 star glowing review. HOWEVER, my last show shipments have been terrible: They do not stay in place, the tap that hold the catheter in place rips off, and I have to tap them down to get more than 3-4 days wear. I used to only need to change it once a week, now I am changing it out way more frequantly. The quality has really gone downhill.
