I bought these for my Signia (i.e., Siemens) Pure 312 Nx hearing aids. They are the smallest RIC ("receiver-in-canal") domes available, and they fit me perfectly. The domes look and work exactly like the original domes that came with my hearing aids when I purchased them. The domes "click" onto the receiver just like the originals.
