Rechiato usually has quality and sometimes striking natural photograps like the Delicate Arch and the Teton Barn jigsaw puzzles under review here. Color saturation is typically excellent. The price is great and the included larger than usual sample poster is most welcome. However, the quality control is commonly lacking. For one puzzle of the pair under review, I had to cut apart 25 pairs of pieces; that's 50 pieces out of 1000, so a 5% defect rate: troubling. The other puzzle required separating 22 pairs. Some puzzle pieces are very similar to others, requiring, unfortunately at times some backtracking. It would be better if the manufacturer would strive to make individual pieces more unique and sharpen their puzzle stamps, while keeping the price point low.

The puzzles are nice in color. A border piece missing in the puzzle.

I was really excited about the Thomas Kincaid puzzles, but not happy at all with the quality of the pieces—very thin and many were ripped. Many of the pieces were nearly identical to each other which made it very difficult because of the muted colors in the puzzle. Plus there were missing border pieces. Also, it would be helpful to include a layout of the areas. Unfortunately I made some assumptions which were incorrect and slowed me down until I figured it out. Had to return them. I have been spoiled by springbok puzzles which are challenging and fun as opposed to challenging and aggravating.

My daughter, who loves to do puzzles is currently doing one of the two and said she wants to collect all the Thomas Kincaid puzzles to glue and put in her breakfast nook. She is totally satisfied with her gift.

Everything that comes out of China is cheap garbage. All of the pieces are very square and very similar in shape. Zero diversity in the cut and style of the pieces. Would not recommend. Buy American.
