Relieves my pain
I am awaiting a hip replacement (long wait). This does take the edge off the pain. Makes you a bit warm and sweaty but it's worth it. Very well worth it especially for the price.

Back support belt
Didn't really think it would work but I was wrong I wear it most days if I am having to walk somewhere or standing around. I am over weight so standing around causes pressure on my lower back and this has really helped a lot I would highly recommend this belt back support.
