Apple iPhone 12, US Version, 128GB, Purple for T-Mobile (Renewed)

I was initially hesitant to buy a refurbished iPhone, but this iPhone 12 has exceeded all my expectations! Right out of the box, the phone looked and felt brand new. Not a single scratch or sign of wear – it's hard to believe it's not straight from the factory.The performance of this iPhone 12 is stellar. It's super fast and handles all my apps, games, and multitasking needs without any lag. The battery life is also impressive. Despite being refurbished, the battery holds up just like a new phone, easily getting me through a full day of heavy usage.The camera quality is another highlight. The pictures are crisp, clear, and vibrant – exactly what you'd expect from an iPhone. I've taken some stunning photos that rival those from higher-end models.I was also pleased with the seamless setup process. Transferring data from my old phone was straightforward, and everything worked perfectly right from the start. The phone came with the latest iOS version installed, which was a nice touch.The customer service from the seller was top-notch. The phone came with little minor scratches but it comes with a screen protector so the screen itself is not damaged. It works perfectly fine and it also came with 100 max battery life which is amazing. The speaker for the phone is perfect no static. It does come a little dirty but you can just easily wipe it off. For the price of this phone and the excellent condition which is like brand new is amazing. I would totally recommend purchasing from this seller.

When buying a second hand device, the ratings: Used Like New, Used Very Good, Used Good and Used Acceptable are important. Your device will look a certain way depending on what you choose. With that said, different suppliers may have a subjective take on what each of these means.Pros: Having never owned an iPhone before, this thing blew me away in spite the slight cosmetic imperfections. Its beautiful and I love it. And it was affordable!-Every thing works well. I got the 128gb version. Great sound, great screen, great experienceCons: The learning curve if this is your first time using iOS. Granted, you will experience this no matter what version iPhone you get. Things work differently here. Not so much that you cant adapt but enough to frustrate.-Battery life was at 86% which though good, was scary. 14% is a lot were I come from.-Those cosmetic scratches took me aback, then I remembered I chose USED: ACCEPTABLE. That humbled me real quick. With that said, still love it, bought a case already.-If you have already experienced a device with 120Hz refresh rate, this will throw you off. You might get disappointed. If you haven't, then great!-Also, if you are stepping down from a more advanced iPhone and short on cash, buying second hand is as you have more choices. But, you will always be reminded someone used it before you so make sure you are already comfortable buying on the second hand market.-Still haven't gotten rid of my android. Was going to but after the learning curve on iPhone, I think having both phones is the better choice. Sorry Tim Cook...

[My review contains 6 photos][My review rating actually is 4.5 stars.]My interest in purchasing an Amazon Renewed iPhone 12 (2020) arose from favorable past experiences with renewed (used) purchases, and a more affordable opportunity to upgrade a first gen iPhone SE (2016).My order was placed on March 31, 2023, and it arrived on May 4, 2023.The unboxing experience was excellent. An unadorned white cardboard box labeled "Amazon Renewed" on the top and some device info on the back. Inside, side-by-side, two recessed trays, one for the iPhone (covered by a clear plastic film) and the second for a USB 5V power adapter and 3' Lightning cable. A "OPEN ME FIRST" sleeve with several cards inside: HI THERE, WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED, QUICK START GUIDE, SIM REMOVAL TOOL, and INSPECTION TEST CERTIFICATE.Cosmetically the phone looked brand new. No noticeable blemishes (just a tiny scratch near the Lightning connection).So, after powering on and setting up the iPhone 12, I checked a few things. WiFi and Bluetooth were okay. Face ID okay. The battery was at 81% charge, with a Max Capacity (Battery Health) of 89%. iOS was at version 16.3.1, which I upgraded to 16.4.1, then 16.4.1(a).The back of the box noted "BH 91%" and the Inspection Certificate noted that "Your Device" – A2172 BH91 – was "Tested in New Jersey" on 03/24/2023" and "Battery Health 90%+ confirmed." So, in the time (~6 weeks) between inspection and arrival, this iPhone lost 2% of max battery capacity. Is this typical (as in other reviews)? Is this a big deal?Well, in my case 89% BH probably is good enough. The renewed iPhone 12 is not my primary smartphone. And the fully charged battery lasts longer than my old iPhone SE's. And the 12 has the latest iOS and other more recent hardware and software features (like MagSafe, Precision Finding).The Amazon Renewed Guarantee includes replacement or refund within 1 year of replacement. That's a plus.

Todo muy bien solo el celular tardo cerca de 15 días en llegarme, estéticamente está nuevo sin ningún tipo de raspón, me llegó con batería al 98%Completamente satisfecho por la compra, saludos

Me encuentro bastante satisfecho con el producto, llegó en muy buenas condiciones (no se encuentra tallada ni descarapelada la pintura del marco de aluminio del cuerpo ni de las cámaras), se sincroniza perfecto tanto a la red móvil (5G) como a WIFI (5G) además del ecosistema de Apple y no Apple (por medio de Bluetooth); sin mencionar que las bocinas suenan increíble.Puntos que debes considerar según mi experiencia con la compra:- Llegó con el 82% de batería- Tiene pequeños rayones en la pantalla (en el día a día no se notan, pero están ahí)- Mi unidad llegó con un protector de pantalla mal colocado (story time más adelante)- Llegó sucio (como si recién le quitaran alguna funda y sin limpiar ni nada, lo hubieran enviado)- Tuve MUCHISIMA SUERTE ya que mi unidad estéticamente está perfecta (a excepción de la pantalla que mencioné anteriormente)Story timeCuando recién abrí el producto, la parte superior derecha de la pantalla estaba levantada (sobresalía del cuerpo del dispositivo), a lo que mi primera reacción fue "bueno, todo está bien, seguramente reemplazaron la pantalla después de algún golpe y no la instalaron correctamente" porque a pesar de todo, funcionaba muy bien; Al día siguiente, apareció una burbuja en la pantalla (como la que sale cuando no está bien instalada una mica o cristal templado), paniqueado acudí a la ishop más cercana en búsqueda de asesoría; quiero aclarar que a todo esto, ya había comenzado el tramite de la garantía, que muy amablemente de parte de Amazon me aceptaron, ya sólo faltaba empacar el producto y regresarlo; tras este breve contexto, al acudir a la ishop me mostraron que el equipo estaba en perfecto estado, y lo que causaba la burbuja en la pantalla efectivamente era un cristal protector súper mal colocado, al serle retirado el mismo, ya no había burbujas ni pantalla sobresalida ni nada. Cancelé mi devolución, y sigo probando el dispositivo (de momento bastante satisfecho).Subiré actualización tras 80 días de uso.
