Design is pretty but it’s unstable on the counter , to lock the handle you need to hold the machine . The hot water outlet pour water in a pressure that overflowed the mug , for b americano . The milk frosting pipe is not super easy to clean . Not for me . But pretty

Great machine for home at this price point!
It is a really good machine. It is easy to use. It is compact; it doesn’t take up too much space. It's aesthetically pleasing. The milk frother/heater is pretty impressive for such a small machine. Good steam makes the milk hot and froth pretty quickly. I’m not good at latte art at all, but I think it froths the milk just right for use. For a machine in this price range, it brews a flavourful shot of espresso. Give amazing creama which holds on swirling and on adding ice. The outer body of the machine and the parts are made of a good, sturdy material, which also makes cleaning very easy. I’m impressed. If I absolutely had to give a negative point about this machine, it would be that it holds only 12-14 grams of ground coffee powder as opposed to 16. I might invest in an additional accessory to go upto 16 gms.
