The fact that this is an Alexa integrated device is a very cool feature and a great addition to any smart home. This door handle works best if you don’t already have a deadbolt, so likely an interior door. Just follow the instructions and have a screwdriver handy and you can install it. The fingerprint feature is very cool and easy, but I like that you can also use a code and designate it for certain times or only a one time use for someone coming over to your house. There’s also a set of keys and a keyhole as another backup strategy. This lock works better than my old doorknob and lock did, which is another big plus. The app that you use with this door lock is very user friendly as well. I had no trouble setting up the lock on the app. The door handle looks nice and seems to work well!

Very easy to install and works like a charm. Tons of software options in the app to configure these exactly as I like. We have this lock on two closets to keep out the random worker in our house. Of course, a thief could still break the doors down so it won’t replace a safe.

We are glad we got this lock. It has been installed for several weeks now and does a great job. LOVE the fingerprint option so much! Easy to set up, easy to install, easy to use. One slight situation, is this was installed on an office door that gets used frequently...the magnetic piece on the handle that hides the key hole slips off quite a bit. My other thing I would change if I could, to lock this door you have to press a key to activate the screen. And it always has a slight delay for the screen to light up and allow you to lock it. Not anything I would send back, but just a couple of areas for improvement on this lock.

During installation, something seems to have gone wrong with connecting the locking mechanism to the batteries. After installation and before I could even set up the app, the door closed on me and I was unable to open the lock/door from the inside of my condo. The lock has no internal lever to open or close it; I could only use the door handle, but that didn’t work. The only way to open the door at this point was with the key from the outside, but I had the key and was trapped inside my condo. The instructions provided no warning that this could happen, no phone number listed for customer support. I even tried calling Amazon to see if they could provide the contact info for the supplier or importer, but they couldn’t help either. I had no choice but to contact my condo’s security for help. I dropped the key down to them from my 12th-floor balcony, as that was the only way to give it to them. Security came up and unlock the door from the outside, but this whole ordeal should never have occurred. There is a serious safety issue with this lock. What if there was a fire and I had to get out quickly?

Oh my god this lock is so so good. Easy to install. Easy to configure in the app. Instructions were point on all around the best. I bought two of these locks for basement door and front door. I LOVE IT. I especially love the using the TTLOCK app from Google play. It's safe, security minded and privacy apt. Easy to setup.

Bought these for several doors, app is difficult to set up, handle is hard to use.
