POWER Band

I have had one of these for years and now bought as a presant

Had a realy badly swollen and stiff wrist , managed to squeeze it on and within a day or two the swelling and pain decreased and is now all good

Works for me, maybe a placebo but i like it

Ended up buying 2 of these & one is to tight on my wrist, the other to loose, both feel uncomfortable after wearing for more than a 6/8 hours.I have never noted any health/coordination benefits whilst wearing.

I got a band, bought one for my husband and a friend, they in their 60s I'm 71.i have been experiencing lack of energy, not sleeping and aching everywhere, it may be mind over matter, but who cares, since I had my band, I'm sleeping like a log, my chronic neck pain has improved and I have loads more energy!!
