Live Aid [DVD] [2005]

I wasn't aware there was any footage kept, so this was a pleasant suprise.

We all know now Queen stole the show at this venueFantastic to be able to watch again and again

Brilliant, brought back alot of memories

Disc 1 and 2 are all Wembley. It's tight and works well. Disc 3 tends towards Philly. That is marred by a hole in the disc. But then it is a bloody awful show anyway. Disc 4 Has the worldwide gigs, from the likes of INXS. A brilliant replacement for the 6 VHS tapes I made on the day.♥️

Such an iconic and monumental event that I needed to see again, for pure 80s nostalgia. There'll never be another concert like it. What Sir Bob Geldof and Midge Ure put together, is extraordinary and completely unforgettable. This one's a keeper !!

Amazing dvds

A rare find as this item is no longer in production but this is a fantastic show that was surely made for DVD despite the fact the Bob Geldolf did not want it recorded which seems a little short sighted to me as this could have gone on to produce more donations for a very worthy cause.Fortunately many recordings did exist and this disc was produced, sadly it has been been indexed so you can't skip a track if you wanted to (not that you necessarily would) ultimately this is a press play and.relive the 80's as there are all the big names you can remember and then the lesser known or forgotten artists who still have a place in music.The sound is mostly in 5:1 and the camera work is pretty good too, there are some missing performances which are explained in the accompanying booklet but we should be grateful that this collection exists at all.

Excellent condition

Aunque sea de segunda mano nadie lo diría, está en perfecto estado. Mi reproductor DVD lo reescala a formato 16:9 y a una calidad de imagen decente para verlo en 55”, aunque no sea calidad digital. Para mi gusto merece la pena la compra.

Comprato ricordando il motivo che ha dato l'idea a Bob Geldof per, forse la più grande parata di star della musica di quegli anni con qualche riscoperta di cantanti e gruppi che non ascoltavo all'epoca. Buono il montaggio e il sonoro

Hatte es damals am Fernseher verfolgt. Ein einmaliges Konzertereignis. Hat auf dvd nichts verloren. Toll. Zum mitreden sollte man es gesehen haben. Dieses Konzert ist einmalig sowie a Tribute to Freddy Mercury von 1991. so was kriegen wir heute gar nicht mehr hin.Von mir daher kaufempfehlung

L'article correspond à ce que j'attendais, l'intégralité du concert aide 1985 à Wembley, super moment et très bon souvenir à un prix surprise achat qui fait suite au même article acheté il y à quelques temps mais uniquement en extrait live.

全編を当日の流れに沿って一気に見ることができるのは今しかないと思い購入しました。あまり深く考えず、単純に「救うために音楽を使う」、目的がはっきりしている当日の雰囲気も楽しみました。見終わった後、気分晴れ晴れです。
