Ever since Truspeed introduced me to Banana Bag it has been my go to. It makes for a good start to long days at the track when the baking under the hot summer sun and need to recover from the last nights pit party. Its lasting benefits set them apart from other brands.

Amazing amazing amazing and nothing in the world like it. When I’m feeling icky, and realize I haven’t had enough water or I’ve been out in the sun (or on vacation and sunburned) I use a banana bag for nearly instant relief.The only downside is the taste and smell. I use ice with mine to make it cold, drink it fast, and sometimes add a liquid IV or something for some flavor coverage of the flintstone vitamin taste. This will also make your cup smell like it forever, I had to toss out my Stanley because everything I drank from it smelled and tasted vaguely of the banana bag.Use a solo cup and you’re good!

Helps with my migraines and when I am sick. Taste is on the saltier side but it’s full of electrolytes, so that makes sense. Easy to use just pour packet into water bottle and drink within 15 minutes.

Came quickly. Is effective in my opinion of getting you hydrated again. Smells like vitamins but it gets the job done. I feel like I had more energy after I drank it and, the headache I had for days went away. The package said 3 flavors but came with only 2. Good value, and have ready recommended to friends.

This is by far the best electrolyte I have ever taken. It is really better than the other ones in the market ! One time I was feeling very bad and sick, and I took one of these, and it really saved my life !

I would pass on this product. Salted watermelon was the least offensive. Sweet orange was disappointing at best. The real issue was the lemon-lime. It smells foul as a powder. In the proper water mix (using reverse osmosis water) I took a sip, tasted like urea, second to confirm I wasn’t misinformed, and it confirmed as tasting of urine. Sealed packet, not expired.It dissolves fine, treated hydration about as well as Liquid IV, but it’s unpalatable and all flavors leave the same aftertaste an adult multivitamin does.On top of that, you get more packets for less money of other brands, so it’s overpriced and tastes horrid.

I use these to help me feel better while I’m on glp therapy. They do not taste good but they serve their purpose and help with my fatigue and energy. They mix well in water. 3 stars for poor taste… I couldn’t imagine someone hungover taking this without vomiting.
