Top tip: if you want to have several of these in one room, you'll need to do some modifying. I put two of these up in a small room and immediately discovered one would turn the other off (they only come on in the dark, so as soon as one turns on, the other thinks it's daytime). In order to get round this, you need to make them turn on even when it's light. First, remove the globe cover in the middle. It is squishy and should pull out of its sockets quite easily. Once removed, you'll see the PIR detector, but behind and below it is a photoresistor. This looks like a white oval with an orange, wavy filament running through it. Cover this (not the PIR chip, obvs) with a little piece of electrical tape, then replace the globe. You'll need to do this with all the bulbs, and they will now operate in the daytime, but for my windowless room, that is ideal!
