Easy to use good hand grip easy to clean I feel the hinge to the lid spout is a little thin and may wear out quickly I decided to twist the whole lid off and pour into a glass instead

You have to be really careful with the lid on this as sometimes it does tend to leak. I prefer to use this at home rather then use at the gym as it has leaked in my gym bag once or twice.

I've owned a couple of protein shakers in the past of similar design, and to be honest they weren't great at breaking up all the lumps of protein powder even when shaken vigorously. I dunno if it's the size of the mesh holes or what, but I haven't had any problems so far with the Adrian James Nutrition shaker. It lives in my kit bag now. Oh and the silver lid is also a nice touch.

Excellent shaker and mixes powders extremely well, very impressed

Most protein shakers are relatively similar, however I do think at 500ml this one is the most suitable for me. It’s good value at under a fiver and the Healthy Whey protein shakes are the best I’ve tried.

Just leaks and scratches

I've had shakers in the past by other brands and they've all leaked and didn't break up the protein powders properly but this one is spot on. Nice smooth shake and nothing pouring out the sides when drinking from it!Another amazing product!

A good quality protein shaker with measuring lines and inner mesh. At 500ml it's the perfect size to mix my Healthy Whey protein shakes and fit into my gym bag.
