GREAT PRODUCT NICE TASTE
Purchased these to help with sleep, energy and Id researched that magnesium is good for raynauds. They taste nice, and are easy to swallow. Two a night, an hour before bedtime, they Definitely worked for me. Give them a little time to get into your system. Saw a difference within a week. I did try to drop to one a night, not as effective for sleep. Purchased my second bottle, but unfortunately they interact with a newly prescribe medication for Raynauds, which is a big shame. I was really happy with these gummies. First ones that had helped with sleep. Well worth giving them a try for sleep and energy

PREGNANT AND AMAZED!
I just bought this gummies and were delivered in the week. As I’m pregnant I thought i’ll wait till i see my doctor and midwife to approve first but last night i took the two recommended gummies a day and I SLEPT SO GOOD I’m deliberating whether i should take again tonight or wait until i see my midwife. For the firstvtime in 5months , i did not wake up to use the bathroom until 0709 this morning. I’ve heard good stuff about magnesium deficiency especially in women but i did not think it is that effective honestly.

Felt good the first night I used it. It’s been over 3 months and I think it works just that I’m probably more tired than this can handle, lol. Used yesternight after a while and I felt good. Does it mean using consistently reduces its effects? Overall, okay.

Husband stole them
Bought it for myself and then my non-health conscious, non water drinking husband ate most of them. They are very nice tasting. He even asked me to buy them again. Could definitely feel the difference although wasn’t ground breaking. Will buy again… for the husband.

Dreamer sleeper
These are hella good the sleep I was getting after having them and the deep vivid dreams oh my just worth it for that alone. But once I stopped taking them the food deep sleep and dreams finished
