Love these collars!
Alcott makes great collars. I got a orange one for my labradoodle, and it held up great for years. Some of the reflective stuff did wear off over time, but the orange color stayed bright. I then bought this blue one for my lab husky mix. He has had it for almost 3 years now. The color is still bright, and the reflective spots have not faded. Both of these dogs are very active as we walk almost everyday, hike, play in the snow, swim, get in dirt, sand, and mud as well. The collar is easy to clean and does not hold smell like some other collars I have had. The padding on the underside of the collar last and last as well. I am a huge fan and will buy again for my next dog!

Strong but soft collar
Inside is soft and padded. Outside is smooth yet strong. Would buy it again and again.

XL Alcott Adventure Collar for Dogs
Extra Large and a difficult size to find. Most XXL's are too small.Beautiful deep red color. Good light reflection and sturdy clip and D ring. The only thing I don't like is that it only has one D ring but that's very common. One for a leash and none for the tag or visa versa.The dog loves it. I put it on and he's grinning from ear to ear. I took it back off to adjust it and he danced on his front paws anxious to have it put back on. I never expected him to be so excited and happy about a collar! Good job Alcott!

WASH FIRST BEFORE PUTTING ON
I had one of these I previously bought at Marshall’s and it lasted a year and proceeded to purchase the red one from this seller. Everything is great but you NEED to WASH it FIRST. I thought it was okay to put it on immediately but after a couple of days I noticed the black dye/chemicals of the the inner part of the collar left my dog’s neck stained black.

Lasted 3 Months
Update 7-10-21I bought these for my two dogs and one of them is falling APART! The fabric is tearing away from the thread and the layers are separating. Too bad I missed the return window.================I love this padded collar. The color is bright and happy. The reflective material is WAY WAY BRIGHT! Put it this way, on our fenced in property, at night it's so dark you can hardly see the outline of a big ol' shepherd, but you can see a clear bright collar bouncing thru the brush. I have two dogs and they both wear these collars.

Very rugged, but easy on my dog's neck
Very thick, durable material. But it has a nice soft hand and doesn't chafe my dog's neck. Also very adjustable. It's great. Thank you Alcott!

Great collar but poor reflectivity
Great collar but nowhere near as reflective as it needs to be. Only the 2 fine lines of white stitching are reflective. I ended up buying a flashing beacon to tie to the collar
