This really works, and it helps a lot with POTS related symptoms from EDS/HSD. With my doctor’s blessing, I take two in the morning, two at night, and two as needed during the day. Be sure to drink lots of water with it. But I finally feel closer to normal, now. This has made a huge difference.

I have chronically low sodium and hate the salt tablets so these capsules are great. I don’t have to taste the salt. I just wish it had chloride instead of potassium. My chloride is always low too so that would be helpful.

I have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), and my doctor recommended that I increase my salt intake to improve my symptoms. I don’t like eating salty foods, so she suggested an electrolyte solution or salt tabs. I tried using regular salt tabs, but they required me to dissolve the tabs in hot water which was time consuming and unpleasant to drink. I then tried several different electrolyte packets, but they all contain glucose and made me gain weight. So I decided to give these a try, because they require no preparation and contain no sugar. I absolutely love them! They are very easy to take and provide me with just enough salt to control my symptoms. I am careful to drink them with plenty of water to balance out all the salt. The pills are easy to swallow and digest. They don’t have any associated taste or smell. I highly recommend them to anyone with POTS but would caution them to ask their doctor if it’s safe for them to take these pills first. Everyone should also know that these pills contain potassium, which may be dangerous for people on certain medications or with certain health conditions.

My daughter has POTS and was finding the regular salt tablets difficult to take due to the salt taste. These are great because it's actually more salt and no taste due to being a capsule.

I’ve been wishing for normalyte to make a capsule for so long. My dream is to be able to add it to my pill organizer and just take salt with all my other meds every morning. But I was bummed to see a cellulose capsule. I know vegans need that, but I react poorly to cellulose capsules (diarrhea and fatigue) and I believe a lot of other potsies do as well! (Might be why one of the reviewers didn’t do well on these). Anyway it’s still nice to have these pills be even more portable than the little sachets. I just dump out the contents into a glass of water and down it real fast. I actually think the contents of the capsule are better for me than the stuff in the little sachets because they there are fewer ingredients for me to react to. They didn’t try to make it palatable, and I benefit from that. But normalyte, if you’re reading, please make a version with gelatin capsules. I’d be forever grateful.

Great alternative to drinking your electrolytes and you feel good after you use them. I can definitely tell when I don’t take them. I’m going to keep buying these capsules. Highly recommend them.

These capsules got me through my 50 mile trail race in Denver, CO - easy to swallow and works perfectly in extremely hot conditions where you may not be able to get all of your electrolytes in through liquids.

I don't retain salt well, so I need salt supplements to maintain normal body function. I have a very sensitive digestive tract, and regular normal salt tablets were making me feel incredibly nauseous. These are buffered with potassium citrate, so they're super gentle on my stomach, I've taken up to 4 capsules at a time and haven't experienced any discomfort. The drink mix packets from this brand are gross, but the capsules are awesome, a must-have for dysautonomia.
