Product works great,seems to give a good boost of energy, not a grainy feel, a smooth natural boost. Taste takes a little getting used too, but it grows on you.

I wanted to give this 5 stars. The taste is delicious! Probably the best on the market but I could not believe how the package came less than 1/2 full. It was almost laughable how little was actually in the small package. I hope it was just a fluke. The taste really is delish! Like cotton candy

Great flavor. I like the fact that there is no sugar or caffeine. Great for my heart according to my cardiologist. I need the electrolytes! Sweetened with stevia! By far the best sport drink I’ve found. It also gives me lots of energy!

Play tennis year round in SW Florida and I have to work hard to redyrate and replace essential electrolytes. In the summers this becomes critical. So I was eager to try Biosteel having read that it is the simiilar formula of the white and pink drinks one sees the pros drinking during matches. It has no sugar which is a real plus for me. I have only tried the mixed berry. Flavorwise it's fine. I played with the dilution until it worked for me and make sure I drink plenty of water as well as Biosteel during matches. Am finding I have more energy with Biosteel than previous products I've used.

Has an awful taste. Too sweet and a weird flavor.

I have been drinking this for just a couple of weeks, and like that this product is sugar free. I do a lot of bike riding and drink it before and after riding. I don't mind the taste, especially since there is no sugar - which is a big plus. I mix one scoop in about 12 oz of water, so it is not super strong tasting. I will buy this again.

This comes as a powder, so it's not as easy to grab as a bottled sports drink. It also has a kool-aid like taste, but you can vary the powder to water ratio to adjust the taste, and it does seem to grow on you as you get used to it. What we really like about the Biosteel is that it doesn't have carb or calories, which aren't necessary for sports recovery, especially for my son, who has diabetes. We will continue to buy this.

That said, because there’s no sugar, the taste can feel a bit lighter or less satisfying if you’re used to sweeter sports drinks. Also, for the number of servings, I do find it a bit on the pricey side. One of the better-tasting hydration mixes I’ve tried. Not too sweet, mixes well, and gives a nice boost on busy days or after working out. I like that there’s no sugar and the ingredient list is straightforward. It’s become a regular in my routine.

The product is as advertised, however, if you are like me it's annoying when the packaging is three times what is required. The container wasn'nt 1/3 full. I feel it's too expensive!

Extremely small for its size. You expect a little bit bigger than what it is for 20 servings. It is expensive for the price that you get. I wasn’t expecting that small.

I haven't even tried it yet. I don't care if other people say its good. For $24 you don't even get HALF a jar. Everyone else who posted has depth perception issues because this is not half. I put a teaspoon in to show you it barely even reached half way on the spoon forget the handle! I'll take the blame for this one because I didn't read carefully, it says 140g on the image but the jar you get is easily like 500g. I'll update later on flavour and feeling. But I know 100% I will not rebuy. Update (Jan 21 2023): So I tried it. 1 cup of water is definitely not enough for 1 scoop. So I retired with 600ml of water. Much more tolerable...it dissolves well but you need to shake well, I don't get any powder residue. Flavour? Confusing...like I can taste the mixed berries. It's not a bad taste but it's not exactly a good taste either it's just odd, can easily drink it. On the bright side there's no gross after taste. Energy wise? Nothing I noticed. "Hydration" wise, I'm not left feeling thirsty. Cons: well besides the obvious massive jar to powder ratio, don't drink this in room temp or lukewarm water it's NOT good. Needs to be COLD water. So for those who are sensitive to cold water and only drink room temp, this thang is not pleasant to drink in higher temps. So do cold or don't bother buying. Update (Jan 23rd 2023): I haven't experienced any change in fatigue, clarity, energy, nothing. I've gotten used to the flavour, it's okay, but this formula has done nothing. Save the 24$.
