Wild Soil Honey, Distinct and Superior to Organic, Probiotic, Raw, Unpasteurized, USA Honey

LOVE this honey! Delicate, distinctive flavor. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased this honey after trying several others on Amazon. This is by far the best honey I have even eaten. The flavor is distinct. The honey has the bee pollen in it. I'm very pleased with this honey and I will keep it in my subscription purchases. I am updating this review to warn that the honey is now too thick after 5 months of being in my cool cupboard to pour out of the bottle. Since the bottle is plastic, I know that if I put it in the microwave to mildly heat it up enough to pour that the plastic bottle with get misshapen. I would highly recommend this honey, but next time I purchase it, I will pour it out into a glass container. I don't mind it getting thick, but I do mind that I cannot get it out of the plastic bottle in which it is packaged. I wish they would use glass containers. I have tried heating it up by putting the containeer in very warm water. However that hasn't helped the thickness of the honey. At this point, I'm scraping it out using a very long handled knife. It's not the ideal solution to the too thick to pour problem, but it's all I can think of at this point.

This is an excellent honey for everyday use and especially cooking for the flavor and quality. Montana honey is consistently good. Honey is a tricky thing to buy because although darker honey is preferred by some due to the stronger flavor, I don't. A GOOD darker honey may have healthy based on some opinions, but I doubt enough to make a difference especially since I have no way of telling how the honey got dark. Most dark honeys i have gotten were actually just older and had been stored improperly. If the darker honey has any health benefits, I think it is negligible compared to having a consistent fresh, well packaged RAW honey from bees started out at Wild Soil. I've made Baklava and use it in teas. Nothing beats having a consistent, well priced supply of honey.

I'm a big fan of this honey, it's smooth, not too sweet, and the flavor is delicious! It comes in a plastic bottle with a plastic cap. The past three or four times I've ordered it, the bottle came inside a bubble wrap envelope with no other packaging so the plastic cap has been broken and unusable. Thankfully, the seal on the actual bottle remained intact so there wasn't a mess inside the envelope. Not that big a deal for me since I just put it into a glass jar but the broken cap might be problematic for some buyers. Still, one star off for that issue.

While improving my nutrition regularly revisit Dr. Andrew Weil's 8 Weeks to Optimal Health.When this book first dropped in the late 90’s it was virtually impossible to find a variety of items easily.During this review quickly located items on Amazon sub and save so I'm super happy.How I stumbled upon this brand was while seeking Almonds.Upon reading the backstory of the brand signed up for regular delivery of Wild Soil almonds.Noticing the honey decided to add this to my list. The healing properties are super beneficial. I enjoy taking a teaspoon with breakfast. Since I rarely use sugar am enjoying the treat.It also goes great on toast, oatmeal, more.The flavor is super pleasant. Much better than regular organic honey.Mostly, the company story and effort to provide this level of products makes investing in a few well worth it.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Terrible .. both bottles are already becoming sugar. Definitely not ready to pour honey. The bottles will have to be soaked in boiling water to get rid of the heavy sugar crystals!Absolutely disgusting!!!I made the mistake and ordered 2 bottles. I just threw them both in the garbage. Not able to use!!!The seller needs to give me a Refund!

Given that this is a large bottle NET WT 32 oz (907g) I would have expected a different "best if used by" date and not 06/11/2020.The taste is great and it is definitely a quality product.

Easily one of the better honeys I have tried. Some are too syrupy, some are too crsytalline, some are too sharply sweet, this honey has a really nice balance of flavor and is right in the sweet spot of not behaving like maple syrup and not condensing into a lump. I keep sneaking little dabs on my finger. :)I will say though this isn't my favorite honey for green tea. Can't really explain why that is. Still, I think most people will notice a big difference in taste compared to usual honey. I like it a bit more than Desert Creek raw Texas honey in a pseudo-connoisseur sort of way, but I highly recommend theirs as well.
