High Quality Product
Liquid Moly makes high quality products. This oil additive did not eliminate the valve lifter "click" from my 2002 BMW 325Ic, but did not make it worse. LoL. The additive is thick, so recommend warming up the can before pouring into engine. Make certain to not overfill crankcase. I had to remove some engine oil before adding product. Give it a try, might work for your car.

Love this high mileage oil additive
I have a 2012 Toyota Sienna with 180,000 miles on it with a lifter making noise in the engine. I have been using this product every oil change for a year. This stuff works! No more noise. I get the oil change done, pop the lid add the whole container of this product and no noise until next oil change.

It works!
This stuff really works! Used in a Chevy 5.3 that had lifter rattle on start up, and also at times even with the engine warmed up. Note I did an oil change and also used liquid moly engine oil along with the additive. Engine has not made any noise since doing this with well over 1000 miles so far. I’m very pleased with how this is working and will definitely get this additive every oil change from now on.

Not a miracle fix in a bottle
First of all, I'm not going to give this product a terrible review. This product is NOT meant for mechanically damaged lifters or parts of a valve train and is not a magic "fix your engine additive." It's meant for if you have sludge or some crud causing a lifter to stick.(which at that point you should be changing the oil on a more regular basis). My 02 Suburban with the 5.3 has a bad lifter that's ticking pretty loudly. This product did nothing for it, but again that's because the mechanical roller on the lifter is chewed up, if it was just clogged up with debris, this stuff would probably take care of that, and stop the tick.I only give 4 stars because I didn't have a chance to test it on an engine that had a lifter tick due to clogged/dirty lifters, so I don't really know how it'd work on that. For $10 I'd definitely try it again if I had another lifter ticking, because if could just be debris and gunk!

Savior
I got the lifter knock on my 2009 GMC Yukon. Was dreading having a shop do a top end on my motor with 165000 miles on it so I decided to give this a shot. After a couple hundred miles the knock cleared up. This product saved me thousands of dollars. Highly recommend AAA+++

Not the Miracle Formula i hoped for
I live in Arizona and have a 1994 Ford Bronco 5.8 Engine and had a lifter noise for years. I mostly drive the truck offroad and less than 4000 miles a year. I have 253,000 miles on it and every year before May I start doing my maintenance on it for the summer. I was looking for the Best item to use to quiet the noise because it was getting worst. I looked athrough a lot and would read the Feedbacks and this one had a high rating. I bought a can of this and a can of the motor flush. When it got here I realized it was from Germany and had English and German instructions on the can. First things first, according to the can it's best to do the motor flush first and get everything clean. So what you have to do is doit yourself. Get whatever oil filter you're gonna use and the oil. I use a high mileage oil. You pour in the motor flush and let it idle for 10 minutes. Don't drive it or race the engine, just let it sit and idle. Which I did exactly and then drain the oil. I was amazed at how black the oil was an saw little pieces of dried oil pour out. I kept the plug out and let it drip till nothing more came out. Then I took the oil filter off and put it in the box the new one cam in to dump later. I put on the new filter and poured this Liquid Moly Hydraulic in first and added the rest of the oil needed. I started up the truck and for the first few hours was stunned and amazed because all the lifter noise was gone. I was very please. The next morning it was about 35° and when I started the truck the lifter noise was back but not as loud. I figured sitting overnight all the oil is in the pan so this could be normal until the oil warms up and spreads. Drove it a few hours and every time I stopped at a light I heard the noise. Needless to say it's been weeks and the lifter noise is back. This isn't the miracle formula I was hoping it to be. That's why I gave it one star.
