I have had this about 1 week and it has been a huge hit with the whole family. I am 49, very active, do CrossFit several times a week. I got this because it looked like it would feel really good and it does! It is like a full body massage. Small tweaks to how you stand on it target different areas. It helps me first thing in the morning when I’m feeling stiff or after a lifting session when I’m sore. It is an adjustment - I started at level 30 for 15 min and have worked up to level 50. I took it all the way to 99 and yes, my eyeballs were shaking so took it back down. I did get the extreme itchy feeling when I got off but it passes quickly and I took that to mean it’s working and my body is adjusting. It isn’t loud at all on carpet or hardwood. I purchase a slightly used one at the discounted price. I love it. Hope it holds up over time.

This shake plate is the best thing since sliced bread! Haha, but really! If you have an off day and don’t feel like getting up and active, sit on your shake plate and get your blood circulating. It is fun to use, easy to use and comfortable to use. It is sturdy, with arms that swing out for the use of resistance bands with clips. I feel a huge difference when I use the shake plate. I feel like I have lost weight, seen an improvement in circulation and just overall happy with my purchase. I would recommend to others who are unsure and just need something to help them move. I have been telling people in my personal life about this thing, it really does feel like a gift on those hard days. It also helps as a pre workout to help get your muscle in to “active” mode.

This vibration plate is a lifesaver. I was having bad shoulder pain and went to the chiropractor and was paying $40 a session, and it never sorted out my pain until I saw another brand of this exact plate on TikTok and decided to buy it on Amazon. Best investment I ever made. My shoulder is no longer in pain. So you 100% recommend buying it; you won't be disappointed. The only thing I didn't like was that I ordered the red one and received an orange one. I was trying to match my gym equipment, but it's not a big deal.

This helps so much for my legs. I struggle with restless legs and I feel this is a good way to help with that at the end of the day.

I've been using this vibration plate for about 2 months. I got it to keep my lymphatic system open & flowing. I started off at a slower speed for a shorter time & worked myself up to the complete 15 minutes. It has been great!! I would recommend this product because it's lower impact. The price was great! It is light weight & can be relocated easily.

This is a very extraordinary piece of equipment! The Hexaplate lite definitely gives an intense exercise experience. I needed something that would counteract the effects of working a sedentary job and this does it. It’s the first thing I do in the morning and feel the benefits of it after using it only 15-20 minutes a day! Highly recommended!

Love this so much. I need to set the time aside for my routine like before. This helps so much with pain and circulation. I sit a lot for work amd this 20 minutes is such a huge help and impact in my day. The lymphatic drainage helps with the bloating and it takes the pressure off my back and hips. Doing pushup position with hands on the feet pads helps so much with the tightness. My favorite stress relief after a long day.
