Just what I needed.
I love this mat. It gently stretches and relaxed you. I use it right before I fall asleep every night. Definitely a great buy!

Best massage solution I’ve bought ( and I’ve bought many)
I’ve massaged over 2000 people through my event/ office massage company( even famous people!(. I also love massage for my stress levels and lower back and upper knot. I’ve bought 4 back massage shiatsu style with rolling balls ( sounds dodgy!) and 4 massage gun, a foot massager ( which is good) a hand massager and a head massager( by breo which is good) prob about 1500 pounds or more. This is the best massage solution I’ve ever tried. It works my body, knots and pain points like nothing else. It does it in system flows like whoever constructed it knows how the body and pain works. The firm pressure on legs / hips, the lumber work, upper back, neck pressure- everything is sublime. There’s no pain ( for me) and it has various routines such as twisting and stretching your back that are tremendous. It’s the only massage contraption that makes me want to sleep, I feel relaxed and de-stressed. Thanks to whoever made this . 5 stars. ( I haven’t been paid or offered anything for this review!!) Heat actually warm you up, you always want to stay on it. Brilliant, 6 stars!

Great For A Gentle Massage
I've been suffering recently from back pain, some due to getting older, some due to a lot of gardening. I have full massage mats that fit on a chair and they do a great job but are quite vigorous in their kneading and wanted something more gentle. This a neat little mat that rolls up into a self contained unit with handles, lay it on the floor, plug in and then lie on it whereby you can use the remote control to either focus massage to a needed area all have it cycle through a preset routine. Where it's clever is that it uses airbags only, inflating then and deflating to provide the massage and it is quite effective with this, even performing twisting motions say to the neck along with kneading. There are different strengths but nothing too vigorous and a couple of heat settings and overall it does a decent job. Bought it on an offer and overall very happy for the price paid if it continues to perform to the same degree, saying that there is an extended warranty if registering online which is useful. Up date, have been using for a few weeks now and definitely helping, only niggle I have is the power charger doesn't have any storage in the mat itself like the remote which would be useful if transporting.

Love it!
We LOVE it! We were visiting family in America over the holidays and tried it. We were very excited to learn we could purchase it when we got home to the UK. We use it every day! I love everything about it. I'm 5'6", my daughter is 5'2", it works for both of us. The heat feels great, the mat moves up and down to provide stretching.

Happy Customer
I purchased this product for my wife who suffers from Lupus and is very sensitive to touch. The gentler action of this mat is better suited to her needs. I was expecting it to be too light for my preference, but I love it. It has a surprisingly physical aspect, helping twist and gently manipulate the spine and neck, and the heated lumbar section is excellent. I recommend placing a very small pillow between the knees to take pressure off the compression. It has a quiet operation, excellent build quality, and packs away neatly. It is a little expensive, but I feel that is adequately offset by its other qualities, and the manufacturer offers a free extended warranty.

is this as good as it says
Had this massage matt 6 days now ,and to be honest I was not expecting it to be this good . it also was great value and well made . as for a massager it really works great and certainly relaxes you ,also plenty of settings and with heat if you choose . I feel I definitely made the right choice in choosing this massage matt .

The thigh compression is far too strong
I have used this mat a few times….it takes some body adjusting to find the right positions for the stretching & massage functions on the back & neck….& not sure how it can work on bodies from 5’1” to 6 ‘ ….11 inches different? Not sure I have pillow adjustment right yet either 🤔 I have to turn the thigh compression off, as it is far too strong & hurts my legs . I will persevere a little longer to see if it improves my back & neck arthritis .

Great
Great mat, very relaxing but very intense deep kneading and the airbags are very powerful, the neck massage is so soothing and very powerful airbag, best to lay down on it as very hard to use on chair as it slides off

Bien pour se détendre
l'adaptateur fourni est une prise uk et non française. J'ai pu tester avec une autre alimentation. Facile à utiliser , confortable . Le massage par des coussins gonflables est efficace sans être agressif . Procure une bonne détente .

Full Run Down of This Relaxation Mat
We’ve got a few massage machines for specific areas. When we learned about full-body massage mats, they sounded ideal. The problem was which one to pick. Each features any mix-and-match combination of heat, vibration, rollers, shiatsu balls, or air bags ranging from neck to calf. We were overwhelmed with the array of massage mats that do every conceivable combination but one: everything! So how do you choose? Are you supposed to buy one for every need? Line them all up in the closet and rotate each day? Let’s see, today we’ll vibrate, so we’ll roll out this one. Tomorrow, we’ll roll out that one for the calf air bags and neck roller. The next day, we’ll do the one with neck air bags and ignore the calves. It’s insanity! Finally, we decided for our purposes that we have other machines with balls and vibration, but we have nothing with air bags. We narrowed it down to this model because it was strictly air bags in the most important areas of the body, and it didn’t hurt that it was on sale for prime day. Out of the box, the mat is vacuum packed. It comes rolled up properly so you can see how it closes with two Velcro straps. There is no carrying bag. There is just a handle on the mat itself. The cords are supposed to roll up with it, but we’ve had trouble with them slipping out. The mat itself is a nice product. We like the two-tone fake leather, which is more stylish than boring black. The remote is easy to operate. The mat has to be laid out in the middle of the room, but the cord is long enough to reach the plug. The bottom-most lump in the mat is not exactly shaped like the product images. We took it to be a rounded hump to support the legs. It’s really a padded lump that holds the motors. It supports the calves, and as an added bonus, you can feel a teensy bit of vibration from the mechanics. We’ve used the mat on the floor and on the bed. Each has its advantages. The solid floor gives the mat support to make solid lifts. Whereas, the bed has a natural give beneath the mat so the lifts feel gentler. It’s easier to get on the mat on the bed rather than stooping down to the floor. If you fall asleep on the mat in bed, we’ll, you’re already in bed. Whereas, waking up on the cold floor and having to crawl into bed will disturb your state of relaxation. If there’s room, you can leave the mat set up in bed. Whereas, it has to be picked up off the floor to clear walking space. So we haven’t decided which location is most ideal to use it. The functions of the mat are all nice. We don’t know, but we imagine that this is the kind of contraption that they’d put people on in physical therapy. It manipulates you in any manner of therapeutic ways. We like the buttocks function the best because you can feel the stimulation of the nerves running down into your legs. The squeezing thighs is our least favorite. It’s pretty tight as it forces the knees together. Geez machine, our legs can’t close any further! Sometimes, we just have to lift a leg up and out of the vice if it’s too tight. The neck is also just okay. It blows up into a cradle and rocks you side to side. It doesn’t squeeze, but it also doesn’t go low enough onto the collar when it starts pumping. Aside from our experience using the mat, let’s look at some of the mechanical features: AIR BAGS – The air bags on this mat are located in the neck, shoulder blades, lumbar/lower back, hips/buttocks, and thighs. They make several actions. They blow up and release. They pause to hold a position. They make a pumping action. The thighs squeeze. The neck rocks side to side. They do these actions as directed by the chosen mode. MODES - All 4 modes are about as random as the other. Auto mode should and does do a little bit of everything, but you’d think that Twist or Stretch would just do that. Those modes may do a little more twisting or stretching, but other actions are thrown in, too. We’ve found that any mode performs any action in random sequence. Sometimes they work together, other times only one is working. You may get back lift only. Then as your back goes down, you’ll get shoulder lift. Or maybe one shoulder and one hip lift together. The thighs may squeeze and just as it’s getting too tight, the neck may inflate to distract you. It’s all various combinations from which we have not seen a predictable pattern. That’s what makes it relaxing. You just go with the flow and let the mat manipulate you however it wants to. The release is actually the most relaxing. It’s like stress is just being pulled right out of the body. INTENSITIES – We can’t tell the difference between the three intensity levels. We thought that they may differ by strength. For example, a higher back lift or a stronger thigh squeeze. No. Then we thought that maybe they were different speeds, that the pace of actions was quicker so there were no rest periods. No. The only thing we notice is the pumping action lasts longer. When you’re zoned out relaxing, you can’t help but count the pumps. The low intensity does around 10 reps, while the mid-level does reps in the teens, and we’ve counted over 20 at the high level. Again, not consistent, methodical numbers, but it seems like more pumps the higher the level, so that may be the difference. HEAT – The lumbar and neck heat are nice. We only use 1 for the warmth. It defaults to 2, and that is too hot for us. We’d never touch 3. Off is not marked. We had to read the booklet to find out that you have to double press any heat button to make it go off. That’s good for any second round because we’re too hot by then. Speaking of heat, the description says that the PU leather is anti-sweat. We don’t agree. We’ve fallen asleep on this mat, and we wake up because we’re hot and sweaty on it, even though it’s long been auto-off. INDIVIDUAL BODY PARTS MODES – The neck mode simply keeps rocking and pumping your neck for 20 minutes. The back mode lifts and lowers your lumbar throughout its cycle, with a little shoulder action thrown in. The hip mode just squeezes the thighs for a while, with a little buttocks motion. All this happens in different patterns, mind you, but it gets pretty repetitive when no other air bag is moving. Too bad there is no way to choose the specific body parts in combinations of your own. Maybe hips only with no thighs. Or hips and shoulders may be nice. Or maybe you want the whole back and hip treatment, just with no neck. On this model, you have to take the combinations it offers. Overall, we’re pleased with this mat. When auto-off ends a session with any relaxation machine, we feel the same disappointment we felt when the mechanical horsey ride outside the supermarket ended. Luckily, we can start another cycle without begging for another quarter. Usually, the default twenty minutes is a fair amount of time to relax. If we’re not quite drowsy yet, we’ll do that second cycle. After, or sometimes during that one, we’re out. So we do have to thank the mat for helping to relax us to sleep. Yet, the mat is also a tease because while we enjoy the air bags, we still enjoy vibration and shiatsu. And the only way that we can find to get everything together is in a full body massage chair. Ah, someday!

Chargeur incompatible pour la France
Très déçue car le chargeur n'est pas adapté aux prises françaises, je ne peux même pas tester le produit ! Je vais devoir le retourner.
