Excellent book if you understand constellations and are wanting to understand more about organisational constellations. I had wished it was longer as it was so good. I didn't realise at the time that this book was the third in a series of 3, now I am going to have to get the other two!Hellinger talks about money, where did it come from, has it been honoured and used in away that supports the system? The same with Ownership of the business. Who owned it first? Have they been honoured? Are they clear? Many of the examples are Family run businesses where family entanglements are easily seen.I like the book as there was an explanation, followed by an transcript of a constellation to highlight the theory.
