Was going to play one of my favorite childhood games and had an issue the xbox wouldn't read the disc that was in there. So I had taken it apart to see what was going on, and come to find dust everywhere, and a broken part which was the (disc reader) and I was super upset. So I had to order a new part for something that should've came in "Perfect Working Condition" this company is 100% the wost company you could buy a retro Xbox 360 from.... Hope this Helps you not wast your money.

This series of the Xbox may be old, but I bought this refurbished one and delivery was on time. I was a little questionable at first, but when I contacted the seller, they gladly sent me another console at no charge really quick and once it was assembled, everything was great! This is giving me an opportunity to play with my kids more

I was super excited to receive this package and a couple days early but unfortunately it did not come with a power cord 😫

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. Don’t know anything about Xbox . I’m a PS5 kind of guy

If I could give no stars I would. The controller that came with it is broken… no back to actually put the batteries in when we used another back from another controller the controller wouldn’t sync—- and the Xbox doesn’t work and somehow after we hooked it up to the tv my tv stopped working. They say I can’t return it either. So now I spent $200 on something I can’t use and I have to buy another tv.

Would not connect to WiFi, ip address errors. Would only work if plugged in directly to ethernet, worked with Xbox customer service to no avail, as well as another IT professional.

Upset bc the controller didn't work. Had to buy another one. Three other controller came with a receiver.
