GRAEF WK350 Glass Kettle with Temperature Control, 1 Litre Capacity, Touch Display and Filter Coffee and Tea Maker Functions

There were no reviews on this kettle when we bought it, but as it was the only one that met all of our requirements, we took a chance on it. I glad we did. We've had it for three weeks now and it works perfectly, with no sign of the base leakage that was reported on a similar product we came across. The kettle's easy to clean, functional and very stylish. The lights are unobtrusive and the beeb sound is minimal. All the features work well and are easy to use, and we particularly like the temperature settings, which we make full use of. The kettle is sold as a German product, although I believe it's manufactured in China, and it came with an approved UK adapter fitted to a European plug. I have similar adapters for some American products I purchased and I don't even notice the adapters when using them. The kettle looks and feels like a quality product, and I can't praise it enough.

Purchased this kettle on the 02/01/2025. Loved the size, features and general appearance. Worked brilliantly until this last 2 was when water stated to drip when pouring from where the metal trim merges with the glass. I didn't mind paying the price. And lived the make however after only 4months old the kettle is now useless as hot water leaks all over when poured. Very disappointed. Alexandra

Expensive for a little kettle. But it looks and feels quality. Has been heating up the water very quickly. Learnt to treat it gently, minimising the splashing when filling up. Looks the business and I like the happy blues lights. If I was looking for second kettle, I’d buy this one again. Can recommend.

Great looking kettle. It only holds a litre but it's enough for 4 good sized cups of tea. The design is really good and exactly the reason why I like German products. My only gripe is the beeping noise. Thankfully it only does it twice but the beep is a very cheap shrill sounding tone. It would be much better to have a warmer tone that isn't so harsh. The boiling speed is really fast. So far I can't say anything about durability as I haven't had it long enough. I wouldn't normally pay this much for a kettle but the main reason I bought it is the fact that no plastic comes into contact with the water. We've just purchased an under sink water filter to try to reduce microplastics so it was important that we had a kettle that doesn't introduce more plastic to boiling water. Hopefully, this kettle will last. If not, I'll update it here.

You get what you pay for and, in this case, I received the most sophisticated tea kettle I have ever seen. Since my needs are somewhat less sophisticated, I will say that among the features I most like are: * It is not too fat, so it fits in a small space * It seems sturdy * There is no plastic touching the water in jug * It is not too noisy * It boils water at the touch of a button. I would prefer that it didn't beep when turned on, but it is possible there is a setting to turn the beep off - I haven't yet read the hefty manual.

Not as described, the kettle wasn't New, the box had been opened manual booklet was damaged and kettle was not clean.
