Im a L / XL , so I bought an XL and it fit me perfectly. It's comfortable to wear it and the quality is nice. I started to feel sweating when I was doing exercises at the gym and after walking to the supermarket. The price is valid and overall it's a magnificent item and exceed my expectations. I ordered my usual size (L) but given the nature of the material it was impossible to get it off after my first work out…it stuck to my skin! I literally had to cut it off with a scissors. Nevertheless, I was impressed by the product itself and given its low cost, I promptly ordered another but this time in size XXXL and it fits well and comes off easily even when soaked in swear. Long story short…good product, value for money but order 2 or 3 sizes up from your normal size.

Before placing my order I asked a question of what size I should get I got a few answers but decided to play it safe and got a shirt 2 sizes bigger than myself. And I can confirm now that that a 4XL shirt fits my 2XL frame perfectly Im broad shouldered and broad chested and the 2 extra sizes is like a glove.

Works well

Only used it a few days, but does what it says, hopefully after few weeks will see a difference, as per other reviews saying go to sizes larger when buying I totally agree makes a big difference when trying to remove with the amount of sweat gathered up, more comfortable when wearing.
