Really hard to dissolve
This is nearly impossible to dissolve. I put it in coffee and use an electric whisk. And it still remains somewhat grainy. And, it does have a taste. I tried to work through that for a couple of weeks to see if I could get used to it for the supposed benefit. But, I just couldn’t do it. It was ruining my coffee moment. During those weeks, it definitely made me veryyyyy regular. Almost too much.
