Excellent Product
I have used this product for 25 years now and only just found it for sale on Amazon. It is a excellent combination of Vitamins and minerals to accompany my vegetarian diet. It was approved by my doctor at the time when I was forced to change my diet to control a stomach problem. The slow time release is a good factor to have been added, as the vits and minerals are released through the whole day and not in one big dose at one time. For years I have been really healthy while taking these. The only problem I found on Amazon was they were only sold in a 30 Tablet size, I usually buy a 90 Tablet size.
