One of the better phones I've used
It's a cheap and cheerful 'phone with a surprisingly good set of features for the price I paid (AFAIR, Amazon prefers reviews not to mention prices, so I'll just say it would have been about 2 hours and 5 minutes' work at the minimum wage. :) ).Good points: Good call quality; Nice loud speaker; Feels solid enough (I won't say sturdy, but nothing rattles); 'Real' built-in torch, i.e. a decent LED on the top; 3.5mm headphone jack that also accepts a "3-stripe" plug with a mic; good MP3 player; µUSB connection which works for charging and data (a bit slow though, maybe USB 1.1?); Accepts an old Nokia thin-plug charger; Clear, bright screen; No web browser (though some may consider this a disadvantage); Can use any mp3 as a text alert, but see the comment below about storage.Bad points: No vibration (it has both a silent mode and a 'meeting' mode, which claims to vibrate but doesn't. After emailing the seller they confirmed this model doesn't vibrate); Camera quality is awful (pictures are saved at VGA resolution but I suspect they're interpolated from a smaller CCD); No predictive text; SMS font looks a little odd; Practically no on-board storage, so you will need a µSD card if you want to use any except the provided ring-tones (and I'm pretty sure you will!); Default theme reminds me of the old Windows XP 'Teletubby' theme. Personally I'd rather they'd left out the camera and added a vibrating unit instead. It often turns itself off while charging, but not if I'm using a USB charger. Possibly there's something wrong with my old charger.I did have some misgivings about the key lock, which is deactivated by holding down the 'Call 2'/menu key for a few seconds. That key is right next to the 'Call 1' key, so if something in your pocket taps that part of the 'phone repeatedly you've an excellent chance of making an accidental call, even if you're only using one SIM card. After using the 'phone for six months, I've found spurious calls to recent numbers are rare, but it's by far the worst 'phone I've had for dialing emergency numbers. Too many times I've pulled it out of my pocket to see "99" or "11" (or worse) on the screen. The included 0.5 Ah battery lasts for almost two days on standby, and most of a day if some short calls are made. If, like me, you end up plugging in an adaptor to use the mp3 player in your car, you'll need to spend a few spons on a better battery or an in-car charger. All in all though, an excellent 'phone for the price, and I hope it keeps going.

Is smaller that it looks and the sims are VERY difficult to put in place.
This phone was wretchedly difficult to use. Getting the sim cards in place was a nightmare as the area is so congested. I actually broke the card holder of the sim twice trying to get it in place. The phone is actually smaller that it looks in the picture, so if you are on the elderly side or just have big hands....... Quite the best small phone ever made is the Samsung GT-E1210 its beautifully made, easy to use, the speaker can be actuated with ease from the OK button. However, I'm sorry to say its no longer being made so I am getting as many second hand ones as I can.

Reception inconsistent
Expected this to be a simple phone and it is. Does pretty much what I would expect at this price point. However, battery life is nowhere near the advertised standby duration and, having bought two handsets and filled them with Giffgaff sims, one handset has near perfect reception and the other handsets to none at all. Even switching sims around doesn't change this.

A good cheap phone
Basic phone, bought as I'd lost my decent smartphone. Came in a cardboard box within a bigger order. It's worked well, though I've only tried it with 1 sim, so can't comment on performance with 2 sims installed.Battery life is good and callers have no trouble hearing me, nor me them. Texting is a chore if you are used to a smartphone, but ok for light use. It's a great emergency phone, second phone or for a light user who needs a value product.

good basic phone
good basic phone, a couple of problems I have found is that while charging instead of going to sleep the phone will shut down this only happens when using the small nokia type charging socket, and there are a couple of icons at the top of the screen which are not shown in the manual and can find no reference to anywhere, apart from that this phone is an ideal work phone with amazing battery life equal to the cheap nokias. one of which I dropped and stopped working , hence the purchase of this phone, which having been dropped has beaten the nokia on that count, up to now I would recommend this phone.

The only good thing about this phone is its dual sim capability.
cheap and cheerful? no just cheap. The back cover sticks out around the edges by maybe a millimetre or two and becomes really uncomfortable in your hands, mine didn't close properly either, one of the joints in the back refused to lock and so I had a gap which further stuck out. I also noticed some of the light leaking around the keypad and occasionally the lights would flash on and off. the only good thing about this phone is its dual sim capacity.I have a Nokia 130 which has a matte finish, its really smooth to the touch, the quality is impressive. I managed to pick it up for £5 however it was locked to the EE network, I ended up paying £9 to get it unlocked and sent this one back.If you want you could probably get a dual sim nokia 130 off of ebay for around £16 which i would recommend over this. you pay for what you get.

great 2 sim phone
great mobile this for the price, and with it being able to take 2 sim cards well you can't complain but i know the 'never satisfied' people out there will they always do. i used to have a smart phone but was fed up of constantly charging it so i got this, it lasts ages so i'm afraid my smart phone now is at the back of a drawer never to see the light of day again. and you can even put a micro sd card in it to save your photo's and vids etc.how can they sell them for so little ?UPDATE 11/5/16purchased another one of these for my mother after her phone died, my phone still works perfectly, i don't use the included charge cable instead i use a nokia charger which charges it easily.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
