So Far So Good! I notice this helps with the early evening-late night snack cravings that seem to plague me.

Ok so the size of these pills are really big. If you can get past the initial fear of the size they actually go down quite easily. I take mine with soy milk and haven't choked yet! LOL.

The directions weren't very clear, just 3 capsules daily. I wasn't sure if it was 3 once a day or 1 3 x a day. Also didn't know if it should be taken before, after, or during a meal. Also, I thought it was supposed to be a 30 day supply so I've just been taking 2 daily, 1 2 x a day for the most part. I've skipped a few doses.I feel like it's worked a little but probably would be more effective if I was consistent.

I tried it! It was ok! The pills are to huge for me and I didn’t care for the after taste! It didnt really give me extra energy but did lose a couple pounds with it in a month. Won’t buy again
