I loved the ingredients and the concept. Sadly, no one in my household (3 kids, two parents) liked the taste :( It's a shame, I really wanted to like it...

I thought these were bad, but others in the family disagreed. Do they taste like regular chips, no, but I have worse “healthy alternatives.” Might be worth a try if you looking for something that fits that description.

Lots of positive reviews so I gave it a try. I'm a part-time vegan--I eat my own chickens organic eggs and occasionally eat some Ahi Tuna--I have a mild dairy allergy that took awhile to figure out. My husband is a chef so I will also state that we are foodies that focus on complex carbs and organic foods when available... I can normally eat things that are just ok but my girls won't. I am always on the look out for healthy vegan snacks for myself and my girls. I tried the sweetly cinnamon and my FOOD SNOB self does not like them at all. I'm not even certain I will eat them at work when I'm overly hungry---If you are a picky eater these might not be for you. The aftertaste really got to us. I wanted to like them so very much and am sad to say I did not. I figured I'd leave a review for those pickier folks like us. I have discovered Brami Lupini snacks,Hippeas, Brads Kale Chips, Seaweed chips, Earth Balance Vegan Puffs & Barnanas and the search is still on to expand my healthy chip snacking repertoire

These are pretty good little chips, a little bland.

The Planetarians snacks are crispy little crackers (I wouldn't call them puffs or light) with a nice sunflower meal taste; they don't taste burnt (maybe the BBQ flavor a little) and aren't too dry. I do love sunflower meal/spread in general and I love being able to eat it in this kind of snack.The portion size (130 calories / 34g) is ideal for me, although for a snack based on seeds (sunflower) I would like to see a little bit more fat (~5g); healthy fats are great in your diet and help keep you full. I love the convenience of pre-portioned bags and the 7g of protein. It makes a filling snack, keeping me going for about 2 hours.The ingredients are quite clean, I would pass the tapioca starch as non-nutritious filler; but overall it's definitely a healthier snack. Also, I love they use mostly spices and seasonings, not just artificial flavors.The bag is made out of a thick plastic, most crackers are whole.The 6-packs are delivered in a cardboard box, keeping the contents intact. The $10 price for 6 snack bags is quite pricey, but I'll keep repurchasing them since they are a unique snack and I love sunflower meal taste.Flavor review:-> `Fiery Sriracha` is a nice combination of sunflower and sriracha flavor. I don't like very spicy food, but these chips have the spicy flavor without being too spicy. There's almost a perfect balanced between sweetness, spiciness and a touch of acidity (from the vinegar).-> `Sweetly Cinnamon` has a nice sweet and mild cinnamon flavor, which I enjoyed since I don't like when the cinnamon is overpowering. It somewhat reminded of cinnamon buns. While I enjoyed the flavor, this is a very messy snack; the crackers are covered in the sugar and cinnamon seasoning, which gets all over the bag and on fingers.-> `Sweet & Smoky BBQ` has a very smoky flavor, a little spicy, a little sweet, with a hint of paprika; I really liked the taste, although I'm not a BBQ flavor fan. This variety is also very messy, with the crackers covered in the seasoning, leaving dust on fingers and in the bag.

Tastes good at first but then turns into a bitter taste.

sorry but I did not like these snack chips. tasted kinda like burnt cardboard with some flavoring sprinkled on top. I know they are supposed to be better for you and good for the planet. but I have a box of chips that I would rather give away than eat myself. Not sure what the rave about these chips are to be honest.

Omg, these were so bad, 2 years after I bought them I had to go out of my way to add this review, so warn any potential buyer. Noble cause to use great ingredients, but these look like dog pellet crackers and smelly and taste even worse. Even our chicken would not eat them. No doubt why Amazon does not have them available July 2020. I hope the entrepreneurs that made these things learned from their mistake to improve the next time, and if they dont they should be punished by being forced to eat all the unused bags of their own product. I wish Amazon had a better way to warn me about product misfits, or maybe my bank can learn to turn off my card when it sees me about to make a mistake.
