Footguards I find are a difficult one, these will do the job but really its all about the foot shape not so much size as I found out. I am a size 9 and ordered a medium, they fit snug, maybe I could go a size up if anything and yet the band that is meant to go under your toes to keep the front of the guard attached to your foot is too far forward so it ends up slipping off making them less secure.Ultimately I decided to keep them anyway as with most footguards I find the elastic breaks down and falls off over time anyway so just something to look out for.

It felt impossible to keep that thing attached to my toes due to the small size and awful design of the elastic material which is meant to hold it together and the overall design of these footpads makes them extremely wide which stops you from doing snappy movements during sparring sessions. On top of that you have restricted mobility even when walking and an overall poor quality product that offers little padding. Often times after throwing a couple of kicks both of the pads without fail would come off the front of my feet which is not safe for training as in the heat of the moment you may not realise until you try to go for another roundhouse only to get hurt - spend a little bit more money on something better and don't buy!

These are okay for the money. I used them in training and for one inter club and they are relatively comfortable but overall if you're looking at doing the sport for a while you'd be better off saving up the extra money for TopTen.

Comfy foot protection for my kickboxing. After 1 session however they did start to wear on the white trim on the bottom, so that is a bit disappointing.

They seem good quality compared to the blitz ones I had.I ordered large with size 9 feet but they seem to be a little too large over the toes and down the side of the foot.

The medium just fits my feet at size 8 UK. But excellent quality and hoping they will last for a long time.

I take a size 8 shoe and these just fit me in the medium size, would have liked a size guide as opposed to small/ medium /large and x large
