Good taste.
I like the taste. It is a little less tasty because I am mixing two teaspoons of brewer's yeast into it. The brewer's yeast is very bitter but tolerable when mixed into this broth. I actually put a little bit of xylitol in it to cover some of the bitterness. Not too bad. Not like my morning coffee, but a couple of big gulps and I'm more healthy for the day.
