Bagotte Robot Vacuum and Mop

Simple, very effective, wouldn't be without it.Got to keep it clean and maintained.Not a big job, as brushes and main roller are easily washed.Even the filters washable.I had an expensive one before this, only lasted 8 weeks...

How could I live without it!I cannot clean how I used to and this cleaner is great for sweeping up 98% of the floors downstairs. I have not tried it in the bedrooms

I was so impressed at how much this vacuum actually picks up. It's fascinating to watch it work too.The mop feature is more of a wet wipe but still it saves me a job.Don't be put off by the negative reviews because at the price point this vacuum is, it is well worth the money.My only negative is I cannot use the app as it constantly crashes on trying to open it. Therefore missing out on the ability to programme it and use the othet options ie set it to do an extra clean around the edges.I'm hoping the app will get sorted soon as that's the only negative I have.

The hoover worked well for 6 months, daily use on one floor, no obstacles. For no obvious reason it is now making a very loud, constant noise. I check and clean all parts regularly, even the wheel boxes. Found nothing. It is now unusable. I wrote to Bagotte support with video evidence and did not get any reply. So unfortunately I have to say that this product does not last very long due to a lack of build quality. I cannot recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I done so much research and read so many reviews about different models and I chose this one. I was worried it wouldn't be great because it was alot cheaper than most but I was so wrong! It's amazing. It doesn't miss anything at all and the suckon is great. I even used my shark hoover first then this one to see what it gets and it was full of dust again ! It's controlled by my phone and can set it to start cleaning in the night. When it needs charging it goes back to its Dock. Even the mopping setting is great. Definitely recommend this model .

This was a lovely little robot vacuum until I found the brushes separated from the unit ( I scheduled it to clean at 02.00 hrs whilst we were all asleep) I went to reattach the brush and the square fitting on the unit had snapped off, leaving it hanging. I was so disappointed I had to return it. I didn’t reorder the same one in case it happened again.

This is the second robotic vacuum I have from Bagotte. Essentially, it is a no-frills unit that just gets on and does the job. The mopping function is useless for me because the machine loses all traction on wet tiles! This isn't peculiar to Bagotte, I read a number of reviews on different manufacturers and they suffer similar problems.For me, for carpet and hard floors it's a major time-saver. What more do I need? - I can switch it on/off with Alexa, and I only need to empty the bin once-a-week.

Vacuum works well for picking up dust and pet hairs, and the robot nature is a great time-saving feature. However, the mop function doesn’t work well. Also, it doesn’t seem to have any logic in the way it covers the room, missing spot and repeatedly going over others.
