I usually curl my hair after the second or third day after washing it. I feel my hair holds the curl better. With this tool, you can curl your hair in the car and it is super quick! I did my whole head while driving and it was easy, but I don’t recommend doing that 🙂

Dear Tymo,Having tried many similar hair curling products in my life, I think you have the best potential product. The curls last A LONG time!However, I only used it TWICE because the item I bought has major flaws which prevent me from using it.1. There is no way to alternate the temperature levels even if the prospect mentions a temperature button that offers 3 temperature level options. It doesn’t work.2. Due to 1) a smoke comes out when I try to curl the hair and burns the ends3. The battery runs out pretty fast. Moreover, I tried to use it yesterday for the 3rd time only to discover that the handle starts heats as well.If you have any solutions, please let me know.In an abundance of caution, I will not use it. I will also not recommend it.

I'm an old school curling iron user from the 80's big hair days... I've tried different irons in my life that didn't work for me, like the glove and wand type and another of this rotating type to no avail. HOWEVER, after a few youtube tutorials, I was able to get this one down! It's great for off grid camping since you can charge it up, plus no cord to tangle and get in the way. As long as you use small sections of hair and have the time to put into it (I have really really long hair!), this is an excellent and easy to use device. I'm glad I finally found another curling iron I can use. Well worth the price.

I love this tool! First, it's just perfect when traveling abroad since it needs to be charged. You still will need the country's adapter, but without the attached cord, it's so easy to handle. Second, on my days off when I do not want to use electric curlers, I use this tool and it's curls my hair just enough to make me happy. There is a small learning curve and the body of the want goes towards your head. I've learned that if I twist my hair at the top to make it smaller, it slips into the open compartment easier and I get a better curl. No regrets with this gadget!

The first time I purchased it, it was canceled and refunded. I re-purchased it again at a higher price. First time using the product, the button fell off. The button that operates which way it’s curling. Initially I love the product and what it’s doing. I’m just not too pleased on it being canceled re-ordered higher price, with it apparently being cheaply made.

I used it max five times and it stopped working. It’s heating up but stopped spinning all together.Called customer support to report the problem, waited for thirty minutes to talk with Ella (customer service advisor).She asked to submit an email with a video to document the problem.Did all that. Ella confirmed the email and video and nothing else happened. No response and no resolution, so far.
