Broke within 5 minutes
Unlike the product images mine was connected by a small piece of rope. Having stood on it for a few mins the 2 pieces seperated.

Works well!
This board is great - there are many options to work different parts of the foot. It comes with a paper that does them, but I do wish it showed more.

So glad someone thought of this
I'm sure I'm not alone in that I'm constantly looking for a way to stretch my arches. Most products I've tried do next to nothing. This is by far the best I've tried. You can adjust the risers on the bottom to get different angles and because they're held on with Velcro strips, it can be adjusted many different ways. The wood is strong and the Velcro holds tight. You can get any weird angle you need.

Good to aid with range of motion
I work from a standing desk at home where my feet are often in the same position for long periods of time. When I was doing a lot of running, I was having some soreness and stiffness in my ankles. I keep this on the floor at my desk and just try to engage with it throughout the day to encourage good ankle mobility and strength. It looks nice, it is sturdy, and it proves me with the opportunity to engage my feet more.

Sturdy Single Leg Balance Trainer
The construction is sturdy and durable. The trainer feels stable even when I'm balancing on one leg, which is crucial for preventing accidents or injuries.Using it is straightforward – just stand on the platform and challenge your balance. The non-slip surface provides excellent traction, even with sweaty feet.I've noticed improvements in my balance and stability since incorporating this trainer into my workouts. It's great for targeting those smaller stabilizing muscles that often get neglected in traditional exercises. One small downside is that it doesn't come with any instructions or suggested exercises, so you'll need to get creative with how you use it. However, there are plenty of online resources available for inspiration.Overall, this single leg balance trainer is a reliable and effective tool for improving balance and stability. It's well-made, easy to use, and has been a valuable addition to my fitness routine.

Not sure using it properly
I have no idea how to use this thing. Got it after a doctor suggested some ankle stabilization tools like dense foam blocks to stand on. Figured to give this a whirl. The wood, sandpaper and materials are great. Don't feel like its gonna fall apart but I just don't understand its use. Standing on it doesn't really do much...and besides the slight tilt I don't see much benefit.I am sure this is just user error so if you looking for something like this. Its definitely a solid device so long as you understand the best way to utilize.
