Read this Book!
Profound book. Incredibly helpful. I would give it 10 stars if I could. No words to express how helpful this book is. If you are suffering from anxiety, depression, OCD , unwanted thoughts any of it. This book will help. Get the workbook too. She also has an online class on her website to re -enforce what your learning.

Insightful and Practical
This book is written by a woman who's been there. While she may happen to visit there every so often, she doesn't live there anymore.Her story was so relatable that I felt understood.Her approach is simple, but not easy. It won't happen over night, but it is possible when you keep at it.It's not condescending, not "just give it to God, pray harder" advice. It's a whole person approach: mind, body, spirit.Maybe even unbeknownst to her, she applied the 4 steps to re-wiring your brain that Jeffrey Schwartz, MD outlines in his book Brain Lock. It was like his book was the research and her book was the how to.Read it, slowly. Apply it, faithfully. Even if it seems too simple: think 2 Kings 5:13- if you were asked to do some great thing, would you not do it?This book is worth your time.

This helpful, life-giving book is written in an easy to understand way to help you understand anxiety and to know some practical things to do in order to have victory over it. Sarah provides really helpful insight and tools to use when facing anxiety. Since reading the book, I have already applied some of these tools and have noticed a difference in myself. Getting understanding is SO helpful. I have loved her book so much I bought one for a friend and I have also read her blogs and have signed up to do her online course! Though I feel incredible compassion for her own personal suffering that she wrote about in her book, I know that I, along with many others, are helped by her understanding, insight, and experience with anxiety. Her heart to help others permeates her writing.

A must read for anxiety sufferers
If your a Christian and struggle with anxiety, this is a tool you need. As I think this book is awesome the only part I don’t totally agree with is the meditation part. I think meditation is fine as long as our hearts are in the right place. I meditate when I’m anxious to bring myself into the present moment and then I pray. It’s all about your perspective and convinctions

LOVE THIS BOOK
Love this book doing it as a bible study with another friend who suffers with anxiety and panic disorder and we both suffer with unwanted fears. She has a great story to tell and through that can encourage you with practical tips and biblical truths to eliminate and or lessen your anxiety, panic and fears. Would highly recommend to any suffering with anxiety disorders.

Incredible book!
I can’t recommend this book enough. If you struggle with any range of anxiety, depression, OCD, etc. you’ll get so much out of this book. It’s relatable, easy to read and give you a hope that’s tangible. Definitely worth the money!

Lifeline to someone with severe anxiety and panic disorder
Really good and practical information love that it’s faith based and really helped me have breakthroughs with the anxiety and panic disorder if you’re struggling with even severe anxiety like I was this book is a life line recommend to everyone

Excellent
I really enjoyed reading this book. No way do I feel like it’s an actual, literal 21 days... more like 21 steps! However, it all makes sense, and ties into your Whole Self healing. She writes in a very relatable way, and I appreciated her honesty in sharing her story...
