A friend told me that this stuff was the best cure for a hangover. Many of the hangover symptoms are caused by dehydration. I believe that hydration is key to optimal performance. So, I drink at least one of these everyday. I really like the lemon-lime flavor, which makes it easy to drink lots of fluids. I highly recommend Liquid I.V. to anyone looking to stay hydrated.

I can’t recommend this product enough. It does so much more for me than Gatorade ever did and I no longer have to drink Gatorade t the point where I feel water logged. I have problems dealing with the heat due to a medical problem. I took this product to my doctor to see if it was safe. He was impressed that is only has a small amount of sugar and he tried the packed I brought. He gave it a huge Thumbs up. I briefly ran out of this product and had to make do with Gatorade & Powerade. I really felt the difference and dragging those quart bottles from the car to the house in 90 degree heat was no fun. I really hope to see a Stawberry flavor version in the future. I have stashed packets in my purse, briefcase, and backpack and can easily hydrate myself better where ever I can buy or can be served water. This is a great product and way better than the ORS recipes. Work so well the we only drink one each morning on the way to work. You can tell the difference it makes in keeping you hydrated. I highly recommend!

It seems to do exactly what it says . Liquid IV. I bought the lemon lime it tastes ok I like that you can put a couple in your purse ,car so convenient. It does not need refrigeration.👍

Purchased the lemon-Lime in the stored and made the big purchase for the $230 supply. It was the most cost effective for the value. It takes good and you really do feel the hydration difference within 30 minutes!
