Good for nesting birds but you don't get much for your money... shame!

Birds love this nesting material especially the Great Tits who are frequently over at the peanut feeder that I've put the wool in enthusiastically tugging pieces out. I was a little disappointed with the amount of nesting material at first however it seems to be lasting and the birds appear very happy too.

Good product birds are using it

Currently being used by birds for nesting. Still looks fresh even after bad weather. I put it in a bird suet feeder so they can take what they need.

The quality is fine. It's a bit pricey. But critically none of the birds are interested. Tits and finches, pigeons and doves, blackbirds and starlings. Nobody cares. Even a crow swooped down, had a look, and flew away. I tried it in large gap bird feeder and scattered on the ground. All the birds care about are the little sticks and dried leaves scattered on the ground. Update. Jackdaws now use it so upped it to 4 star. The little birdies still hop straight pass this towards sticks.

Nicely packaged, no plastic. I have a small handful of this in a small plant pot hanging on my bird feeder, it's been out about a week, so far I've seen a great tit taking little clumps backwards and forwards to their nest, but it's definitely had visitors as it's clearly been plucked, it's lovely, soft and clean wool, lots left over for next year.
