I hard-wired this USB Charger to my KLX300. The length of the cable was exact! The provided fuse tube was perfect. I did use an automotive cable conduit to protect the cable from the engine and radiator heat since I routed via the left side of the bike (where the battery is). In the front, I came out on the right side of the dashboard. This USB charger works for the Garmin GPS and iPhone, and it’s 6.8A capability might be useful when recharging drone batteries and things like that. Being able to monitor the battery voltage and turning a master switch on/off is a great feature. The rubber cap seals really well, so it should protect during rain. The provided mount was very good, but I did not need it. Highly recommend!

Seems to be working as expected. Had to use the adapter to make it work on my 2024 KLX 300.

First: I added this to both my bikes via a 40 amp relay that's triggered from the running lights when the bike is turned on. The main power lead is run from the positive terminal on the battery. This won't work when the bike is off, and is purposely wired that way, so the battery won't drain and random people can't charge devices from your bike when it's parked. I've had this wired up now for about a month and it's holding up well so far. I'll come back to this at a later date when needed for a lifespan update if warranted. It keeps out moisture well and I love the live voltage reading when the bike is running, or even to get an idea how charged the battery is before you start the bike. Works well for powering a $30 iPhone SE I got off Ebay to use as a WiFi GPS device on my bikes.

So far so good. Interesting to see how well it will hold up against moisture and rain. Installed on my 2023 900 GTpro. I slightly pitched the mount downward hoping water runs away from it. Can't see using this while I'm the middle of a downpour. I would definitely have the rubber dust cover on. Like many comments, the connector has reverse polarity with the negative and positive on the connector. This is not the industry standard, for that reason that I'm taking a star away.

Great little USB charger. I love the Voltage display, it is like adding a gauge to the instrument cluster. Charges two devices at once, I use it for my phone and the battery bank in my tank bag. It was easy to install, has a nice little rain cover, and the power switch ensures you don't run the battery down.

Mounted this to the handlebar to of my CB750 Hornet. The clamp diameter is larger than the handlebar so I cut a narrow strip of bicycle innertube to wrap around the handlebar under the clamp. I put mesh conduit over the wiring for extra protection, and routed the wires directly to the battery. The voltage indicator is a handy reminder to switch the power off when the bike is shut down.

I have bought 2 before this one no issues, this one would not work, after some testing replacing with new fuse found fuse holder defective, installed new fuse holder of my own works fine now

Really happy with purchase. It fulfills my need to be able to charge various devices (phone, two-way communication device, heated vest battery). It mounts securely to my bike's handlebar, the ability to turn-off the battery voltage display is a good feature. If you hard wire this to the battery, you're have to make sure you turn off the battery voltage display or you will drain battery if left on too long after shutting down your vehicle. It plugged directly into my bikes charging plug. I ran the cable under the fuel tank bib and fuel tank instrument panel, works perfectly.
