I love the cranberry flavour so I quite enjoy drinking it. I already take creatine so it didn't really change how I feel at the gym, but I didn't feel worse, so I guess it's a good product. The price is higher than creatine, but it does contain other ingredients so I think it's not bad. As with any good quality supplement, I would say you have to try and see if it does work for you.

First off, this is a hit taste-wise. It comes in fine powder form that mixes up really well, dissolving in seconds in a shaker. The cranberry flavour is very palatable indeed, making for a very drinkable formula. It has the slightly saline overtones of electrolyte drinks, but the sweet flavouring masks it well, and it's pretty refreshing, without any lingering aftertaste. Although it works a little differently from normal pre-workouts, I've found the immediate effects quite similar to those, particularly with the 'tingle' you get shortly after taking it (due largely to the beta alanine, an ingredient it shares with pre-workout formulas). It provides a good in-the-moment boost in that sense, giving a buzz from the get-go. The real benefits from saturation powders like this, however, are the cumulative effects over time. I've been taking Big D for a couple of weeks now, and my stamina does seem to have improved a little in terms of both weight and reps. Glad I gave it a try - I'll definitely be keeping it up for the rest of the tub, and looking to continue saturation-style supplements as a longer-term alternative to immediate-action pre-workout drinks in future.

I have this half an hour before my workouts and it certainly gives me the boost I need to lift heavier. I don’t feel more energy as such but I’m much more awake and when I perform each set I feel like I’m going up on most sets rather than stuck at the same weight getting less weights each set. Very easy to drink. I had expected a stronger cranberry taste to be honest, but I’m not too fussed, as I just want to down it and be done with it. The taste is quite neutral and nice, and very easy to consume. I’ll be using this regularly. It recommends every day but I personally take it just before my workouts so it lasts longer. I’d certainly recommend it.

If you're a cranberry fan, defo pick this up. I'm so used to saturation powder that I was shocked by how much better 1 wee scoop of this was, even in the big 1.6ltr Beast Pharm jug. And unlike with certain powders I wasn't actually scampering for a drink after finishing a jug with a scoop and a bit. In the gym I'd prefer to take a hydration drink instead of protein (I'll take that when I get home) so usually the treadmill time is a grind, but with an episode or 2 of Anime and a jug with this in it, it's a way more tolerable experience. great taste not bad at all

Awful stuff, does nothing for you , it's just a very sweet drink, stay away from this stuff
