A little goes a long way
Having read reviews on here, I put enough liquid in the container to half fill it, then cleaned 4 18 inch alloys with it - and had most of it left afterwards! I didn't put it back in the bottle as it was grubby and made a note to use MUCH less next time. Did a good job on baked on brake dust, less so on tar spots but they came up clean with some effort. Recommended at £8.79 as it works and now I know how much (little?) to use, it'll probably see me out.

Wonder Wheels Trigger 500ml
The alloys on my Volvo had never been thoroughly cleaned since new, so at 3 years old you can imagine the build up of dirt that had become encrusted onto the wheels. I was unsure about this product but with nothing much to loose except a few pounds I decided to give it a go.Having used it (only once up to now), I can say that it has done an absolutely tremendous job. However I would like to offer a couple of tips:First of all the brush itself will NOT remove the debris! Use the brush to apply the fluid ensuring that you cover all of the wheel area. You can leave it to stand for a couple of minutes then re-apply.Then using an old sports sock over my hand like a mitten, I first dampened it with the fluid, then began to rub the sock over the pitted areas. Using the sock enables you to feel the pitting and to rub at it to remove it.Then rinse of well with clean water and dry off.The pitting and the dust came off extremely easily, and the 4 wheels were all done in about 15 to 20 minutes.A word of warning though. be careful if you get this stuff anywhere near to cuts or sores that may be on your hands. it stings like mad.. .

A little goes a long way!
Just pour the cleaner into the supplied container and be prepared to spend maybe 30 minutes just brushing it on. While it didn't remove the tar and left a few speckles further into the wheel it did a good job. Don't fill the supplied container more than half full as a little goes a long way.

Only ever use this, its the best
I've tried all sorts out there from £1 to £15+ to clean my wheels. I always come back to this. OK so it not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for and in my book, if I can't spend the extra few pennies and get this product then I will have to except my wheels will remain dirty. Also tried the wonder wheels spray, sorry but not as good as this one. Good old pour into the tub provided, use the brush and simply brush it all over and its job done (scrubbing may be needed if they are really bad), rinse off and wonder are your sparkling wheels. This does not repair wheels, if they are that bad this won't work, you need a refurb specialist not a wheel cleaner. It will also show up alloys that are in poor condition, clean none the less but you will see any marks on your cleaned alloy.

Hallelujah - I am so glad i opted for this one - initially the idea ...
I had been using the bmw provided rim cleaner on my car which recently ran out and after looking at reviews and stuff decided to buy this product... Hallelujah - I am so glad i opted for this one - initially the idea of 'agitating the spray' with a brush seemed a bit time consuming and labouros - but boy is it worth it. My rim have never looked so clean since the day i bought the car from the dealers.. I have deep dish rims and this spray clean ALL THE WAY back and the rims look brand spanking new every time i use it.. So if you want a clean rim and got three mins a tyre to brush the spray in - this is the product for you.. Simply Spray on... Brush... Rinse... Sparkling Rims.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Absolutely and totally gobsmacked!
I have owned my Ford pick-up since new (2004), and although not pampered, it has never really been allowed to get dirty. The silver painted alloys, however, have been getting progressively grubbier, and over the past 12-24 months I have wanted to clean-up the alloys, but haven't been able to justify £200-400 to let the 'professionals' refurbish them. I have always used AutoGlym products (I sold the stuff in a former life) but even using their shampoo neat, with an old toothbrush, I couldn't remove years of ingrained brake dust and road spray, and I honestly though the spotting was deep within the painted surface. Ten minutes (per wheel) with Wonder wheels (toothbrush not required), and the wheels look like new. All four cleaned within an hour (the front pair required a second session), and I still have about half a bottle left to use in 2024!

Expensive, but really effective
Excellent wheel cleaner, I can see why people recommend it. My alloy wheels really do scrub up effortlessly well using this product. The brown gunk on the brake discs also comes off really easily with a quick brushing after spraying on, leaving a spotless finish. I'd read some comments about it not being the best thing to use on damaged alloys but mine has several deep scrapes in from a previous owners awful parking technique and they don't seem to have degraded any further.Best used with the supplied brush for small hard to reach places, along with a traditional alloy wheel brush for larger areas, I use one of these: Kent Q4335 Alloy Wheel Brush . Give the wheels a good hosing down once scrubbed and they'll be left looking super clean. One thing I would mention is to wear disposable gloves if you have any minor cuts on your hands, it stings!
