Do they work with Bali shades?

This battery works with my 12vdc Bali cellular blinds but it's not 100% compatible with micro USB wands. Cutting and splicing wires is required which naturally voids any warranty on this battery.

How does this connect to my wireless battery? Is there a way to plug it in and then it will charge the dead battery?

I just run the charging cord up to the mounted battery.

I have the old 8 aa battery packs x2 for each blind do i need one of these batteries for each cable to the motor, so 2 for each blind?

I hardwired this battery to 3 sets of blinds. It's lasted about 3 months so far. Way better than swapping out AA batteries.

Do these work with the disposable battery Wand equipped motors?

Not if you have a micro USB connection on your wand... However you can modify this battery to work with your wands if you have some experience with wiring low voltage DC devices. I hardwired this rechargeable battery to 3 sets of blinds. The battery has been going strong for 3 months now. When I need to recharge I just run the charging cord up to the battery and leave it for 12 hours. So easy!
