Lovely, thick and sweet
I really like the thick sweet balsamic vinegars they use in places like Pizza Express but apart from some exclusive 50 year matured versions I occasionally buy from deli shops could not find a suitable substitute. This one is very creamy and fits my requirements perfectly (an Italian acquaintance brought me a bottle on an occasion, and then I searched specifically for this particular item). The bottle is plastic (with a convenient flip open cap and thin nozzle) and not very big, still less expensive than many other similar items I have tried. Highly recommend.
