I have both the xgimi halo and the Nebula Capsule Laser 3 and I this is a better projector than both. I have a very bright living room and the Xming looks great projected on the wall. I wouldn't use this as my primary screen in a bright room, but it is very watchable. You definitely can't say that about the Capsule and the xgimi, while viewable, is not as sharp as the Xming. The one downside, of course, is the lack of a battery on the Xming, but I use my Ryobi tool battery with Power converter and it works great with the projector. I actually do this most of the time anyway, since the projectors with batteries generally nock down the brightness once you switch to battery power. the Xming has a full Google TV interface, including a stock Netflix app which is great. I'm very tired of the gymnastics you have to do to get Netflix on the Xgimi (they resolved this in the Halo+ 2024 edition) but no worries with Xming. I generally watch sports on the Xming, and the refresh rate keeps up with the action. The sound is really good for a portable projector and I've actually used this as a Bluetooth speaker outside a couple of times. The projector is a little slow after bootup, but very quickly catches up. The Bluetooth remote works well (so much better for a portable projector than an IR remote) and can be controlled in the Google Home app as well. I would highly recommend this projector. You won't find a better picture at this price.
