TOPWIT Rice Cooker Small 2-Cup Uncooked, Mini Rice Cooker, Removable Pot

I purchased this product for my grandson who is going away for college. He has no prior experience in cooking and with minor guidance, he was able to cook rice. The quality and texture were perfect for his taste. Instructions were very easy to follow. I considered many other rice cookers before selecting this one. The handle is what made me select this product. It will avoid touching a hot surface when removing the inner part from the heating element. It is small but big enough to cook rice for 2-3 meals. Easy to use and easy to clean. I highly recommend it for college students.

I like this little rice cooker. My first one suffered an electrical problem and went in the trash but this one works fine. It is super easy to use. For people who live in the desert (phoenix) I use 1 cup of rice, rinsed. Then add 1.2 cup of water and add a teaspoon of chicken boullion and crank the knob. I set a kitchen timer for 14 minutes and come back and if the knob power light went from blue to green then you keep it covered and unplug the power cord and let it sit for 12 minutes untouched then it is ready to eat. When you live in a low humidity area you always have to add 10% more water than the recipe calls for. This cooker cleans easy and takes up very little space on the countertop.

I tried all troubleshooting. Nothing helped. Item will not turn on. Its simply defective and I dont have packaging for a return. No refund, no replacement without a return. The cooker never gets hot. It wont even turn on. Outlet works fine. Cord is plugged in. I have not been able to get this to work since it arrived but we accidentally recycled the boxing. I have tried getting support. Nothing works. I have tried contacting support.

Awesome little powerhouse. I took it to work to make lunch to support my HIT diet. Put in 1/2 cup jasmine rice or quinoa, 1 or filet frozen cod, 3/4 c water. Start the cooker, after 20 min add veg - broccoli or green beans or cauliflower carrot mix, after 20-25 min check on it and it’s probably done (those veggies may be too done for you, in which case wait a little longer to add them). The handle makes the bowl easy to remove, but tbh the bowl really holds the heat. I considered making a bowl holder but it stays so hot. I got a collapsible silicone bowl to dump the meal into and add olive oil, dill and garlic salt. Kept me eating clean all week in the office and wasn’t cumbersome to have there or to move it around. Now that I’m back home I’ll most likely go back to the regular rice cooker for my daily meals, but I will use this for any travel.

It's great, it fully cooked my frozen dim sums! And since I have a small desk at work, the size fits perfectly! The inside of the pot is easy to clean too!

I have a Zojirushi But was too big for my little RV for camping. So I took a gamble on this little fella.. I can tell you that it cooks rice every bit as well. It’s absolutely beautiful rice every time.. It’s compact but it’s still cooks enough rice for about six people without any issue. That’s big servings by the way.. We typically never finish a pot even with three adults and four grandkids. However, it was the race itself that stood out. It was done quickly. It was done perfectly and I think I might like this better than my big machine. Really nice.

A great little rice cooker, but make sure you follow the instructions and rice-to-water measurements carefully. I was sceptical at first, but it produces consistently good rice when used as directed. The rice comes out fluffy and evenly cooked, with no need to stand over a hob or worry about pans boiling over. The size is ideal for one or two people and it doesn't take up much kitchen space. Cleaning is straightforward and the keep-warm function is useful if you're not eating immediately. If you're the type who likes to guess measurements, you may not get the best results. Stick to the instructions and it rewards you with excellent rice every time. Overall, a handy appliance that does exactly what it says on the tin.
