This light is awesome. Apparently I had the wrong light because everything lights up with this. I have a male cat that pees and it helps a lot. It's really funny to play with too.

I had tried a different light for our 3d prints but the results were mixed. However, this even works under a tent on a sunny day. At the last craft fair we attended, I could "whip it out" and wow customers, even managed to sell an item that had been dropped and broken because the customer was amazed how good the item looked under UV. I bought this item because of a youtube vidio that suggested the 365nm wavelength for finding rocks (and scorpions) that fluoresce at night.Fits easily in my pocket, doesn't require electricity, can charge while in the car or plug into my laptop. A good purchase if you do craft fairs.

This is a fantastic value based on other listing. Small, compact, durable, charges quickly, and does what it should. However, it dies in about in hour in a half with continuous use, gets quite hot when not shut off with in a few minutes of use, definitely not 30 feet of wave/beem lenght, maybe 4 feet at full charge, also the button tends to click but not actually come on or go off, unless you press quite hard. For what I use this for its not an issue, as I just purchased another. May update this with further use.

This is a very intense light (you can feel the warmth of the beam). The filter minimizes visible light (good), and the rechargeable feature works well. All-in-all much nicer than having a lot of purple light and having to replace batteries. The only down side might be that I suppose it's possible for the light to get turned on accidentally if it's in your pocket since the pushbutton switch is easy to activate. This hasn't happened to me yet though!

Listen, it's a nice, compact UV flashlight that cured resin as needed, but the charging, the battery... immediately shot. I kept an eye on it charging too, the second the LED was green i took it off to avoid damage, and didn't let it die fully as the booklet described. The battery life is consistently shrinking. That being said, this IS inexpensive and works as described, so if you just need a quick something and have roughly $10, this will work. As a bonus it DOES work hard wired but, i'm not sure that running a flashlight from a wall outlet is the safest thing for you or your home.

I actually purchased this light to mainly check the luminescent application on watches. This light activates the hands and markers immediately and makes them glow extremely bright.
